I ordered a bike after carefully measuring ACCORDING TO THEIR POSTED CHART, the bike was ridiculously large, like for an over six foot person when it is the size recommend for a 5'6 foot person. The one time out of dozens that I called that someone answered she lied and told me she was sending the return authorization number. Sent an email but without anything to help me return it. Of course knowing that they don't answer their phone, their online chat or answer emails. I emailed them and nothing. In the mean time, since I thought I was getting a return I reordered the smaller size and now can't cancel that order since they have no communication with customers after they get your money. By the way, the bike looked okay for the price but the claim that everything you need is there is not true so make sure you have tools. Mine was missing the tool to put the disc breaks on the wheel and and a bottle of lubricant that it said goes inside the handle bars. And pay attention to their return policy. They will charge shipping both ways (EVEN IF THE SIZE IS THEIR CHART'S MISTAKE!) and give themselves the right to only refund as little as 50%.
IF PEOPLE ARE INTERNATIONAL ABOUT STIFFING CUSTOMERS OR JUST NEGLIGENT, IS IRRELEVANT BECAUSE IN THE END THE RESULTS ARE THE SAME FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND FOR THE FUTURE SUCCESS OF THE COMPANY.

There were missing pieces on the quick release, so I couldn't put my bike completely together and ride it. It was very disappointing because now I have to figure out how to get the missing pieces so that my front wheel will be stable.

Reasonable prices, no hassles, and great products. Thanks for helping to be healthy without breaking the bank.

Good discription
I needed a small,light weight pump just in case my co2 would fail. It mounts easily next to the bottle cage. It attaches to it's mount by a rubber strap that doesn't look really secure. I just put a Velcro strap around it to be sure it stays on. Small,clean looking. Luckily haven't used it yet.

Website is easy to navigate. Products are great! Customers service is great! And the way they ship the bikes is great and easy to put together...

So far everything's fine, but I think it's presumptuous to ask me about my shopping experience before I receive the product and before the charges are applied. There is a lot of ground to cover before these are valid questions

So far order process has been smooth however it is pretty simple to do online orders. How quickly it is processed, received, and condition of package are yet to be observed

Easy to navigate and great prices. I'm hoping for quick delivery and a decent product. I do want to add that I paid extra for the assembly package but will still have to attach the handle bars, pedals and a few other things. This was unclear to me when I ordered it. There is a tutorial included but I will probably take it to a bike shop since this is a gift for my son.

Everything was good, except, box was damaged when received. Bike was ok, but I was going to wrap the box for gift. Dont look good.

It would be nice to know the estimated time for shipping (ie-3-5 business days, etc). The free shipping is great, but will it be here for Christmas?

I saw a similar item in a magazine, but with shipping it was way more costly. This will be the best stocking stuffer for my son, the bike enthusiast and it was a great price plus free shipping!!!
