I brought my car in to get looked at for brakes, oil change, as well as a noise the car was making. We have been going there for 4 years. The shop did not accuartely diagnose the car, as we had to bring it back in for a second time to get fixed, and the oil light was not changed in the car to indicate that the oil change was acutally done. There we issues with coupons that were given to us, and we were yelled at by the store manager over the phone, and charged for a mistake that thier clerk made.
They have lost our business and I would say they do not tote a customer friendly enviormnent and are not accurate with fixing cars or billing.
