First of all, Ritual Holidays team is very helpful and professional in their service. I would like to appreciate Bhuvaneshwar from Ritual holidays who was the SPOC for my entire trip. He extended his support even during the trip. The Hotels and Driver provided by the local partner company in Sri Lanka was up to the mark and service was very nice. I would definitely like to recommend and reuse Ritual holidays for all my family trips.

I had been to Karnatakaa on customized package recently. It was wonderful. Thanks to Meenakshi madam for carefully drafted the itinerary and selection of hotels.
Mr. Vijay, the trip advisor and his team deserve equal appreciation as they were constantly in touch with me during the entire tour. For this purpose they created a whatsapp group and added me therein. This helped me for continuous interaction and immediate resolution of any issue at any point of time during the trip. This is an innovative idea, which I have not come across with any other service provider.

I traveled to Tamilnadu tour of 7 night 8 days (like Rameswaram, Kanyakumari, Madurai, Kodaikanal, Ooty n Laxminarayani Golden temple Sripuram) with my friends in November. It was monsoon, but we enjoyed every single minute. The accommodation from Ritual Holidays was very pleasing. The entire trip was well managed. This is my third trip with ritual and all the 3 times I felt same service dropping picking up everything was on time we were been to manali... they provided and guided when ever we call immediate response is given... cab driver was also too good not rash driving r rude he was friendly and guided us all the way too atlast completed trip with full of happiness.

I had a trip to Ooty coonoor kodaikanal. It was awesome though I found the hotel could be better. The support from the tem was commendable. Especially they have helped me to book travel tickets too. I wana thank to Sachidanand their sales person who supported us in each moment we required. The cab service was also outstanding. The cab person who was with us in the entire sight seeing as driver was well informed with the local things. Which helps us guided to our tour.

Suggestion: Hotel choosen was not so impressive. If it could be better then the experience level could be more interesting. Thi is not complain by the way.

Last nit the least: Thanks to the entire team who were a part of our beautiful tour.

We completed a great tour to Singapore and Malaysia last week and it was fabulously executed. Everything about this tour was fantastic from the ease of communication during the booking process and the creation of the perfect itinerary. Special thanks to Ritual Holidays Team who was very polite, always on time and kept the car very clean throughout the journey. The accommodations was some of the best we had with nice four star hotels. Would definitely use Ritual Holidays again.
