I traveled to Sri lanka with my friend in October. It was monsoon, but we enjoyed every single minute. The accommodation and food from ritual holidays was very pleasing. The Coco beach resort is the one which was outstanding in terms of location and the food that they provided. The entire trip was well managed. I Hope you will continue your high standard of customer friendly services in future as well.

My rajasthan tour 6 night 7 day jodhpur, jaisalmer, bikaner, puskar, n jaipur organization by ritual holidays. During my visit hotels are all place are very good, breakfast and dinner also good. They provide vehicle and driver also very helpful to gide us and cooperate. They cover all places and much more as per itinerary. We enjoy to tour very much I recommend for tour organize.

We recently took a Gangtok Darjeeling package with them and had a overall good experience with them.

Good things:

1. They keep good hotel options to choose from and provide great hotels for the package
2. The package is slightly lesser in cost compared to similar packages by other agents
3. Responsive to customer queries and they pickup phones generally with no wait time before and also during the trip.
WhatsApp option is also feasible to continuously get support before and during the trip

4. Payment mode is also feasible and you can generally pay the total package amount in 3 parts (first a token amount and then 75% 10 days before trip and then the rest during the trip also)

Things that should be improved:

1. Their coordination with driver organization should be improved a bit. A customer will never like to get 4 calls from different person for one sightseeing or one travel...

2. For trips to places/locations where due to natural events or any other govt permissions denial, the itinerary can be hampered, they should keep a backup option B or some other good sightseeing/activity wise options of similar monetary and experience wise value

We, 10 senior citizens, just concluded Orrisa and GangaSagar tour booked through Ritual Holidays. They quoted very reasonable price with comfortable stay at various hotel. Overall setisfectory from services provided by them. Thanks to Mr. Vijay (our tour manager) who are always available on mobile and prompt enough to manage tour programme

Hotels provided were good, but need to be taken care abt the distance of the hotel from the tourist places.
Jaiselmer resort experience was very beautiful with camel ride.
Trip went very well because of the cab provided and the driver was very good with us

The tour guide was well informed about little bits of thailand history and had great stories to tell while we traveled from bangkok to phuket And the bathroom stops were well planned! The hotels were comfortable and well placed within the cities. To be honest, I wish I had more time to explore all the sights. Ritual holidays did that all very easily!

My first time to travel in goa on a tour and with a tour guide. Saliny is our tour guide and it made such a big difference. She is very knowledgeable of all the places we've been to and shares these knowledge to the group. Even her information are very useful to us. Aside from the info she shares with us, she is very nice, friendly, funny, and helpful. She also has a nice repport with the driver. You can't ask for more! She's the perfect tour guide! Very good service, great price and a fantastic holiday. A lady i spoke to was very helpful and organised champagne for my wife's birthday on arrival with a complementary upgrade. It was a beautiful hotel in the perfect location that we requested. As i said before, very good service, cheap and a holiday to remember. I would recommend to everyone. Cant wait to book my next one! We enjoyed the tour. Everything was well organized & everyone is happy Enjoyed the Jammu & Kashmir tour (Nov 2017). It was our first tour to Kashmir and we dont face any problem but only 1 concern, we have no idea about local area & before tour start we dont given any advice regarding tours for extra Expenses for Horse ride or local cab required at Sonamarg or any other rides details, which should be share or inform to us in advance before tour start. We have paid Rs. ******* for local cab in sonamarg which was not informing us in advance, later we know that cab charges was only 2,500 in sonamarg but we have paid 4 times more there. After that tour operator guide us properly & inform us well in advance for market & other areas. One couple was not felling well In Pahalgam, so in last movement our hotel was upgraded without any charges. In future if any tours are operating please guide them for additional charge & Local area details in advance so they may not cheated.

Ritual holidays was a miraculous find on the net. The way they managed our trip was praiseworthy indeed. Specially, their customer care person, Priyan was courteous, helpful and cordial even at odd hours when I would call her to check on something. So was the car and driver they provided us. There were a few hitches, like the resort in Kausani, which had rooms arranged almost vertically and as a retired couple it was difficult to negotiate so many flights of stairs! Otherwise, the hotels and their service was good. I would recommend Ritual holidays to people.

I will recommend Ritual Holidays.it has ensured that every event that was committed in the final quote/offer was delivered and that too on time. Never faced any issues during our entire trip. Thanks to Ritual for their service. They were very prompt in their responses during their holiday as well. Ritual even contacted the hotel staff for sorted out some minor issues without my problem.

Last week We visited by Ritual Holidays to Kerala, first we started from Kochi. Kochi has nice seashore & we went boating & enjoyed very much. After that we went to Munnar, it was very beautiful weather was amazing. Later visited Thekkady, it was nice wildlife stay. Our best experience in Alleppey we stayed in houseboat.
