I travelled to Dubai with my family. It was short but very sweet trip and actually worth to money, which we gave to Ritual holidays. They provided the best hotel at the center point of Dubai, the best transport for local Site scenes. And every thing was well managed so we could enjoy without any worry. Great job done by Anshul sir. Thanks a lot Ritual holidays for the perfect trip. I am Totally Satisfied.
Request not to go with this travel...they will ask money in advance and will change ur hotels...travel.location and will change completely ur itinerary. I have given advance of 10000 inr to Anshul and Rajput sir. Still awaiting to get back.it's my hard earning money. I am getting warning message that they will put legal cases if I write reviews also. Be careful with these teams...they have cheated in the following 1. Changes hotel from 4 star to 3 star 2. Changes the duration of travel 3. Remove breakfast from hotel 4. TCS charges are included earlier in over all cost.later on they asked again more. 5.Earlier they said all the entry fees are included.later on they denied. 6. There are 2 teams.one sale team and another operational team...sale team will say everything is included. After payment your file will go to operational team...and from day one they will start playing with you and start removing hotels...travel.entry...extra charges for vehicle... 7. If you don't believe you can go...but at end you will be completely responsible for killing your own trip. 8. And at last once u have paid...you became a scapegoat in their hand, they will not respond on Whatsapp and will give legal stances for returning money back.
Never book any tour from this agency. Non co operative staff. They only think how to make money. Least bothered for their guests.
Requesting you all whoever want to book from this travel agency, not to deal with agency further. We have horrible experience.no body cares for you. Even they are not receiving your phone calls, if you have any difficulties on your tour.

Drunken Driver with three fourth clothing... Hotels selected was not verified, not clean... The Sales person was rude when some payment confusion raised. Overall not a pleasant experience. Would have paid extra to MMT or Yatra.
Ritual Holidays have not fulfilled its commitments as agreed in the holiday package. I went on holiday package of Dwarka, Somnath and Gir forest with safari tour from 17th Feb to 22nd Feb at total cost of Rs *******. The package was booked more than 2 months in advance and all payments were done as per schedule. They could not arrange safari tour on 21st as promised in package tour thereby not completing their commitment. What is more they did not respond to my frequent calls. They are not professional travel agency. I would not recommend them for any tour.
Recently we did a trip of Nanital and Ranikhet with family for four days on 26th June 2017.We really had a very bad experience. Firstly the hotel at Nanital was not upto our expectations.It was very far from the main attractionThe condition of the room and the washroom was very poor. There were broken handles on the door. Although the service was good, but it was not as per our expectations. Ranikhet hotel was fine. They charged us very high for the hotels, but the hotel prices are very less. I would never suggest anyone about ritual holidays. Wont choose them again
