Riteaid Pharmacy

I ordered meds online Friday and not one person or email since. I paid up front with my credit card if close to $500 and absolutely nothing since. So bad, don't use.

I'd give Jeff a zero if I could. They had sent me a text to pick up Rx. Jeff asked me to wait 15 minutes so they could fill Rx. Waited 30 minutes. Jeff said they don't have the Rx, can you wait a few days? I don't drive and inconvenienced a friend all that time. I said I'd be sending the Rx's across the street to Walgreens from now on. Jeff said, "Fine with me." There was no sale, no receipt to post.

We are a customer at the Rite Aid Store #******* at ******* Dupont Blvd. Selbyville, Del. *******. We were being helped by Pharmacist, Anas Eissa. When there appeared to be a problem, this young man stepped up and met every need. He literally went above and beyong his job and my wife and I age 82 and 81 really appreciate his efforts.We just thought since his great efforts Rite Aid should know. In our opinion Rite Aid has a #1 employee. We hope to meet him again, Thank you, Ralph G and Janice Lewis

Rite Aid, at least up on the south hill in Spokane, is getting extremely frustrating. To get them to answer their phone is like pulling teeth. You can never reach them and if you do you feel like it should be a holiday.
