Rightio charged £1639. 80 to fix a boiler, including time not working although they had said that time collecting spares would not be charged (this happened 4 times at £149 an hour); and not providing an invoice for spares when asked in email complaining when they debited their invoice. They didn't reply to the complaint.

You engineer, Mr N Davey-Lee, was excellent. He was very friendly, clearly knew exactly what he was doing and, went to the trouble of teaching me thing or two about heating systems. When it's time to have my boiler serviced again, in a year from now, I will ask you, RIGHTIO, to come and do it... even request that Mr. N Davey-Lee himself come and do it. Yesterday, my toilet wouldn't flush - only toilet in the house. Found Rightio website and gave you a call. Immediately impressed by the friendly welcome. You promised to have someone out to me before 6pm. Engineer arrived at about 5pm and fixed my cistern very quickly. The cord had broken on my bathroom light, so he was working by torchlight, which he took with very good humour. All done in about 30 minutes for less than half the cost quoted by another company.

Excellent service all the way from ringing Rightio most helpful operator i have ever had the pleasure to deal with so helpful. Was quoted price and when plumber would come told would be with in 2 hours and he arrived with in the two hours and completed job with ease. Am also now going to have my boiler serviced with Rightio great company.

You may think to save a few pounds and not call these guys, I wouldn't. Several electricians later called RIGHTIO the chap identified the issue causing fuse box to trip repaired it and offered advice going forward brilliant service really friendly engineer

I telephoned on Sunday and requested a pluming engineer for Monday. My appointment was booked in and confirmed and Roy (the engineer) arrived Monday as planned. He was polite and efficient and fixed my problem... a really nice guy who knew what he was doing.

The tank on the loft has been overflowing for days. Wasn't able to get any of the local plumbers. Found you on Google.
As promised the engineer was here within the hour. Brian, a very nice, friendly, cortious young man. Finished the job within the hour.

I contacted Rightio plumbers after being let down by my insurance company, they quoted me price of labour and an Arrival time, which they stuck to, the plumber arrived, checked the problem.

Our toilet cistern broke and we woke to a partly flood bathroom. We looked in Yellow Pages having tried to contact local plumbers and found Rightio. A telephone call resulted in a costing for the work and a visit from a plumber. We had turned off the water supply. Plumber arrived, photographed the cracked cistern and advised us that he hoped to get a replacement on Monday. True to his word he arrived with a new cistern and toilet in case it was necessary (it wasn't) and fitted it with the minimum amount of fuss. Payment was made by credit card over the 'phone and the cost (£139) was paid as per the quotation. I had contacted our insurance company and they could not help, so thank you Rightio!

The engineer identified what the problem was immediately, and put it right without any difficulty on the spot. He explained clearly what the underlying cause of the problem was and how to deal with it if it ever happened again. I would definitely recommend. What a relief finally to find a plumber who turns up on time and fixes the problem quickly.

From the fault occurring to an engineer arriving and fixing the problem was only about two hours. Very impressed, I have now booked them to do some other work and have joined their "care club"

Annual boiler service easy to book my choice of date. Confirmation of booking by phone and estimated time of arrival good. Morning of service, confirmation engineer on the way. The engineer is lovely professional and explains what and why he is doing.

Requesting an engineer via their website was very simple and an added feature was uploading photos of the problem. The engineer arrived promptly, got straight on with the job and completed the task with ease. He then made sure everything was left clean and tidy and that I understood the paperwork.
