I've seen rigato on Instagram for ages and intended to buy, after a friend purchased last month for £35 the product is more than reasonable I went ahead and did the same!

I'd advise anyone with a non satisfactory service to maybe hit up there Instagram they are quite vocal there

I bought glasses on May 6th. Not arrived yet. I've e-mailed many times. They are not answering. BİG SCAMMERS. I hope you die soon, $#*!.

I ordered a pair of glasses about 2.5 months ago now and have gone to their website to ask about where the glasses are as well as request a refund and have never heard back from anyone. I never received my sunglasses. They have never responded to the 3 additional customer service requests to figure it out. I'm shocked they can do business this way and still have an average of 3.6 stars...

I cant believe that this fake company is getting away with scamming innocent customers. My boyfriend ordered glasses after seeing them on Instagram, and its been over a year, multiple messages, and no sign of the glasses or a refund as promised over and over. Im glad I have found this review site to try and warn others - its so obvious that they are leaving reviews about themselves to bump up their ratings. Dont order from them, they are scum bags!

TOTAL RIP OFF. I paid US$70 for my sunglasses. It took a month to get them, they are the worst quality, and they dont even send you a case for it. I have bought sun glasses in Ali baba for US$5 that came from china and got here quicker, they were better quality, and they came with a case. You are better off buying at your local gas station.

The products are amazing in with sense of design and build quality. The colours and modern fashion is exceptional and faultless. I feel that they should do more to emboss their logo into their products more as this looks the best. The only criticism I can make is that it is difficult for a person who has a larger face and is not so able to fit most of the sunglasses can seem smaller and bigger than the pictures.

Do not order from this "company"! As many others have said, it is a fake company and they will take your money and never send you the item. Only leaving them 1 star as it isn't possible to leave zero! Something needs to be done as they are ripping people off - they need to be stopped! Also you can see that they are leaving themselves 5 star reviewers to bump up their rating and rip others off as well - don't be fooled people! These are absolute fraudulent awful human beings!

Credit when credit is due. I had a bad experience with them on Black Friday back in November. They have gotten better a lot with their Customer Service.
I had my parcel missing due to royal mail mistake and it was re sent once again and offer 10% on top of that.

Of course, it's quieter now than the crazy black Friday. It would be unfair If I don't come here and leave my recent positive experience with them.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses in August 2016. It is now June 2017 and they have still not sent the glasses but took the money straight away. Customer service on instagram were replying at first saying that the glasses had been shipped - but they have stopped replying since December. There is no review section on their Facebook page, this is definitely a fake company which takes your money without ever sending the product - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

After Ordering a pair of sunglasses and waiting three weeks to receive them. After all this wait the sunglasses unfortunately did not fit well on my face, I decided to return them. As of today after three weeks of them receiving my sunglasses and sending them numerous emails via facebook and instagram they never answer back on when I will receive my refund?
Basically if you want to give away your money and never receive your order or receive a pair of crappy sunglasses well go for it.
Never again!

Recently read some of the mixed reviews online about this brand. I invested £40 into their quadro glasses after seeing it on Instagram! What can I say. For a pair of glasses under £50 they are designer they fit my face perfectly and next day shipping allowed me to come with some nice outfits on a trip to London. Can't complain, I think any negative reviews really can get slightly petty if they haven't had it completely their way, some people are maybe expecting a £200 pair of glasses but for £40 it's under promise over deliver for me with these guys! :)

I order the core collection in May and never received anything, trued cintacted them on facebook and every they never respond. Not even phone number to reach them. Its a SCAM run by couple English guys. DONT buy anything from them.

Coming across this company was one of the gem finds that happened to me this year. The quality of the products are Super and lasts very long, prices are reasonable considering the decent quality, and the customer service is moderately good at getting you sorted. They really do care about satisfying their customers and they show that through their customer service and that goes a long way. My only grief would be that theres no phone number, and given the fact that updates need to be made sometimes to orders, things can be a little slow in response.

But happy all round!

Admittedly I received the glasses within a few days but that's purely because they have an external company fulfilling orders. Once these crooks have your money and you consider a refund do not expect your money back.

A. Their email addresses are one way. They send promotional garbage to you e.g. free returns if bought through Klarna (which is a lie) but if you respond or try to email them your email will bounce back.
B. They have no telephone number
C. They delete any comments from Facebook and Instagram when requesting a response.
D. Their company accounts do not look like a company that will be continuing for much time longer so I would be wary ordering anything from these guys.

Fantastic brand, absolutely exceptional quadro sunglasses for me and my brother. I'd recommend over Raybans!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses 4 months ago. I still didnt even hear anything from them. They SOMETIMES respond on instagram, but even, the person in charge of their Dms on insta, is lying to me or trying to shutting me up... We all have to raise our voices and to do something against this fake company and help people by preventing them being victims of this thief.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They take your money, make up a lie that the product is now out of stock even though I paid for next day delivery, I demanded a refund after threatening legal action, and a month later still no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM OR A REFUND. THEY ARE SCUM.

Just a bunch of low-lifes and $#*!ing scammers. Evasive answers and fake reviews are nothing new for these $#*!s. They ripped off my friend, which I can proof with screens as well. Do not buy anything from them!

Just ordered my 2nd pair from Rigato. What can i say, fantastic material and quality. Fitted just how i like it and looks absolutely amazing. There is allot of different companies who sell eyewear, but these guys know what the fashion is and how the trends are ment to be. Ordered on Tuesday. Delivered on Friday! 10* rating. Waiting for next months pay day, to order some more items!
