This company is one of the worst Ive dealt with. Items were shipped fast but good luck if you have a to make a return. I have not had such a poor experience with internet based ordering as this one and nothing else has come close in the past 9 years.

Emails ignored,
Facebook Messages ignored.
Voicemails unanswered.
Phone calls unanswered, it has taken us months to resolve and had to involve a dispute with the credit card company.

They respond quick to the credit card dispute though and then have the audicity to pretend like we never returned an item. Luckily we have documentation, packagage tracking, several emails, and the credit card conversation with the seller to support us. Buyer beware. Dont buy anything you may need to return.

This was an overall miserable experience. I will take partial responsibility for being naive enough to order boots online. I got them from Ridersmall.com, when they came in, I put them on and couldn't get them off. The measurements on their site are off - especially the calf measurements, which is vital when choosing a boot without a zipper. I returned them quickly - or as quickly as possible since it took forever to receive a "Return Authorization Number" from the website. They state that it will take up to 15 business days from the time of the accepted return to receive the refund. That is ridiculous, first of all, but then on day 16 I began to contact them. I sent 3 emails to their customer service department and called to speak to a man who was of no help. I tried again the next day. I also explained to them that the debit card that I used to purchase was actually stolen and closed so I needed them to refund to my new debit card. Finally today I see that they are attempting to refund - which by they way is less a 15% restocking fee - and they are trying to put it on the closed card that I asked them not to use because it won't work. I don't foresee this being resolved any time soon. It was a total mistake ordering from this website. Never again.
