Even 1 star is too much. Looking at other reviews of this website, I should be Lucky that I even received some of the parts I ordered. After weeks and weeks of waiting and sending many unanswered mails, I received a mail telling me that my parcel has been sent to the wrong customer. After some more waiting I received the parcel with only half the items I ordered and some parts in the wrong colour... After promising that a refund will be issued, no mails have been answered yet and no refund has been issued. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I had the same experience as others. After 6 weeks I received under half of my order. (In a padded bag with re-used stamps from last year!) No replies to email. Received £40 worth but still owed goods worth £72
I have reported them to the police using the actionfraud.police.co.uk website.
The more reports they get, perhaps the quicker they will investigate these chancers?

Paid $80 a ticket for "premium up-close seating" at a Blue Man Group show and received tickets for very back of the theater behind a column. Turns out I could have gotten the tickets at the box office for $30. Tried to contact for refund or explanation for the misconstrued ticket description and was ignored entirely. Absolute scam.

Purchased an item 5 months ago. Been on "backorder". Every time I inquired about the product, there was a delay from the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer directly since it was a drop-ship, and they said they did not have any actual orders from MBenzgram at all. So I was waiting this whole time when they never even put in the order!

I then requested a refund and got more back and forth excuses that their accounting would get back to me. They of course never did, I then reached out again and again since they have no phone number on their site. Finally got my refund but I would NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE! The amount of time and effort spent is ridiculous to get a product you paid for!

Fast forward, they called and left me a message on this, telling me to take this review down. Nope not how this works.

Recieved a $25 gift card, went on the web site and it was down. Went on it next day found out they were for sale and if you had any questions to E-mail or call the posted phone #. Did both never got a response. Now I have a worthless gift card!

They are advertising my car reg e271 dpk a Feraarai 328 with details that are incorrect, without my permission and refuse to withdraw details of it dispite repeated requests.

I ordered a couple of items from this website. Paid for it immediately through Paypal. After not recieving my product I sent several emails, and tried calling this "company" multiple times. I never recieved a call back or email. I then filed a dispute with Paypal. They revieved the situation and filed in my favor to give my money back. But then... I recieved and email from paypal telling me there was going to be a delay in payment because and echeck payment from Gregory Lamey was declined by the bank. So I still have no product, no money and no one will communicate with me. Stay away from this site.

"I ordered bed rail caps for my 78" truck bed. Several weeks later 96" rails arrive. I wrote the company and waited for over a week without response. I wrote the company again, and again I waited more than a week and the company did not respond. A thrid time I wrote the company and recieved no reply At this point I'd given up receiving a response, so I cut the rails to fit my truck. Finally, I was contacted by the company. They were very apologetic about the mis shipment and sent me another set of rails. They told me to keep the originals since they had been cut anyway.
When I received the replacement rails they were the exact same 96" rails I had received the first time... So, I wrote the company. A week later they responded with RMA information. Their packing restrictions were stringent, but I complied. I was told that they would not replace the order becasue of the previous history, but would refund my purchase price.
At this point, I was fine with almost any positive response.
RMA was shipped back on Aug 29. I called the company today (Sept 22) and was told that they were not going to provide my refund!
I am not asking for something for nothing here. I ordered a part and paid for the part in good faith. This company did not deliver what was purchased and ultimately refused to stand behind its promises.
This company lacks integrity. I will not buy from them again and would suggest that you avoid them as well."
