I thought it would be nice to share what this greedy lying $#*!**** has done to many families and now still uses Japan but does not live here nor pays taxes.
1- He sold me Royal Siam Trust which he owned with his now dead business partner.
2- Richard Cayne assured me that the investment he sold was being "restructured" 13 years ago and it wasn't. He bolted out of Tokyo fast when they caught him. I'm told all these years later they said, when they raided his office in Toranoman, give us everything on your clients (guys like myself) and get your house in order and compliance. He told them to fu*k off and packed up and left for Bangkok and set up shop right across the hall from his business partner Greg Pitt.
3- These two ran a "land banking" operation and solicited investors for a piece of beach in Trat, Thailand and did not own it but took investors money to Hong Kong. Myself the idiot I am.
4- The good times rolled for 7 years until Richard Cayne got caught scamming other Japanese investors.
5- I got a letter from some random company explaining this and another one outlining what these a******* were doing. I told the guy to f*** off. I regret it.
6- 13 years have gone by and I received an email from Meyer saying they won the case which was false. He just hired a few crooked lawyers to twist and buy time. A lawyer named John Formichella then suddenly ends up in his office and part of Asia Wealth Group Holdings
7- After all this a mate of mine was threatened with a document or NDA to not say anything and to go along with their plan that failed.
8- Now I find out all these years later the shares my wife and I purchased are worth 100 baht or a few US bucks.
9- The original guy I told to f*** off now owns this land with a guy named Benny Moafi and another group called JUS laws or Managed Savings that controls the land and have sold it to a hotel group.

Nevertheless. Stay away from Richard Cayne and my wife wants to have a go at the wife Akiko Cayne too as she is all over the paperwork.

Must be a Japanese thing but Cayne made fools of us all. If you still believe him or anything he sells jump. This as******* was an English teacher that became a nightmare for many. I put it behind me and learned a lesson.
