I was ordering a lot of materials on this site. They always deliver quickly and prices are good. I'm currently working on a big project and I need a lot of things. Also, custom made canvases is a reason I order here. I can't get them at a local store. This is my life saver.
I had a lot of trouble understanding why if I added more quantity to get free shipping on an order of over $100, it kept coming back with a note that said one or more of my items did not qualify, but I would get a reduced shipping fee, which I thought was still too high. I only am ordering these panels because I can't get them anywhere else. So I ordered only the minimum and still had to pay $19.50 shipping. You need to do something about the high costs of shipping. I won't be buying anything more from Rex Art.
Placing my order was too long and complicated. I returned to your website today because my mastercard purchase had not been charged to my account since I purchased on 12/17
I am an existing customer, having placed an order on April 24,2015. I receive e-mails from Rex Art almost daily. I tried signing in and received message that I'm not "an existing customer".

Panels were not square. Had wavey edges! Not cut/sanded into straight edges/right angle corners. Plan to contact customer service to complain.
I saw at checkout that I was getting a reduced shipping cost since my order was over $100. In the same yellow box, it said that my order was excluded from free shipping, directly above (in the same box) where it said I'd get a discount. This was a bit confusing, especially since it didn't indicate why my product was excluded.

I apologize for the low rating, but it is extremely frustrating to see Canadian provinces on the list of "states" but not the US Virgin Islands, which is far closer to your home town of Miami than any Canadian province. Many companies disenfranchise VI citizens making it difficult and costly to shop. That is the MAIN REASON Amazon is the largest retailer. They ship goods to the VI without making us jump through multiple hoops and pay outrageous shipping fees.
