Best company I've ever worked with ever. I ordered about 20 items and they sat on the phone for about 20 minutes helping me walk through check out because I had trouble with my computer. 2 days later my supplies were at my doorstep. I was on Holiday in Asia recently and I have a love for art. As a result, I bought three oil paintings. One of which I met the artist, took pictures with him & exchanged numbers. Well, when I got back to the states & went to get them stretched I was shocked when several places told me it would cost more than $500 just to get them done! Unbelievable! I got the exact measurements, found Rexart online & ordered my stretcher strips, AMAZING results! I'm thinking now I can be an Art Dealer!;-)

I purchased a pack of 6 Fredrix archival canvas boards. Payment was taken by the international sister site globalshopex.com but no tracking number given. A week went by and I emailed globalshopex.com to ask what has happened but no response. I eventually emailed RexArt who stated the item was discontinued and I need to contact Globalshopex. Well, globalshopex are not responding but they have my money so I have requested a refund if they cannot fulfil the order but I have no response. Very poor customer service.

My husband is a painter and builds all of his canvases. He relies on RexArt exclusively to source his canvas due to the excellent quality and price and prompt shipment. We placed an order for a large roll of 54" canvas online. Marshall in customer service immediately called us to let us know the manufacturer was way behind due to COVID closures. He worked with us to find an interim solution of a smaller roll to allow my husband to start on two new large commissions. We received it within 5 days of placing our original order and now have enough to tide us over until the large roll is produced. We really appreciate the prompt contact and explanation of the delay and the offer of various options to make sure we were happy. We definitely are very happy with RexArt and will order again with confidence.
