I've always had thin fine hair that hardly ever grows more then 6 inches a year! However with Revitalocks I saw some major changes! I absolutely love them and plan to continue taking them. The only thing I didn't like is that they automatically charge your card for the next month unless you cancel, kind of like a subscription, however their customer service was very helpful in giving me my money back and even let me keep the extra bottle they sent! Plan to order more as soon as I run out!
Warning! Be very careful when you share your credit card info. It's a scam! I never received my order, yet I got charged the full price of $ 87.47 after 10 days. When I called to ask for rebate, customer service was very rude: over talking, keep telling me to solve the issue with USPS because they have the proof of the package was delivered. Never buy from Revitalocks.com!
I can't complain. I ordered this product and received it quickly... I called and canceled my order with no fuss from customer service. I got to keep my bottle and wasn't charged anything extra. My card was never charged during this transaction. I'm just waiting to see some results from this one bottle before order again.
The product is good but it's a rip off. It's not really a 30 day free trial it's 14 days and your trial starts the time you place your order; then it takes 5-6 days to come out of the 14 then you have 5 days to send it back. Don't do it or you will be charge $87.
I called to send it back once it got here also. I read reviews as soon as I ordered and immediately knew I had been hoaxed. So I called to cancel and as everyone knows they tell you that you can't cancel you can only receive the item then return it so that you don't be charged the $85 and true enough the woman who told me this this sounded ratchet and disrespectful there is no doubt this was an uneducated African American woman (and I can say this because I am African American myself). So then I receive my bottle today didn't even open the package as soon as my Boyfriend brought it in to me I automatically knew what it was and said, "That's going back!" So I called and talked to a really kind and helpful man who gave me a RMA # to put on the front of my package and told me to return it and I wouldn't be charged the ridiculous amount of money. So all in all don't order it of you don't want to pay $90. I don't even know if it works but I've read a few reviews of people saying it gives them upset stomachs. DON'T OPEN THE PACKAGE AT ALL CALL IN AND SEND BACK ASAP!
