Warning! Be very careful when you share your credit card info. It's a scam! I never received my order, yet I got charged the full price of $ 87.47 after 10 days. When I called to ask for rebate, customer service was very rude: over talking, keep telling me to solve the issue with USPS because they have the proof of the package was delivered. Never buy from Revitalocks.com!

Do NOT take this unless you want to deal with major side effects like mood swings and depressing thoughts! My friend and I have been using this for a month and all we felt on the days we took the pills were extreme anger and irritation for me and depressing thoughts and feelings of loneliness for her. We decided to not take then for 2 days and resume again and we realized that on those 2 days we felt completely normal! I threw them away and recommend that you take regular biotin vitamins because it's much safer than Revitalocks.

The customer service becomes rude and belligerent when u call to cancel. The rep actually put me on hold as a "timeout" when I got upset over the way I was spoken to. I called back and informed the rep that i was recording the conversation for my attorney just in case they they try to be slick and charge my card. The "free" trial only costs u about $90
I will be sure to discourage ANYONE from purchasing this product. I want to give this $#*!ty company 0 stars.

This company is a complete scam. I would give them "ZERO" stars, but that is not an option. I went to cancel my order after the first 14 days and there was nothing I could do about it. Then when my card was charged for a second order, the person I spoke to admitted that it was his fault for not canceling the first time. Bull $#*!! Horrible customer service. I still have to send back the bottle that was shipped and it will take an additional 2-3 days to get my money back. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Warning! The actual cost of the pills is about $93 and they set it up as autoship so it will keep coming and you'll keep paying. If you feel you were taken for a ride, report this to the California Attorney General's office (Consumer affairs division) and the Better Business Bureau. Let's stop these people from taking advantage of us!

I took the revitalocks and wind up having stomach problem inflammatory esauphigus and lower stomach I bough it back in 2014 I took it for 10 days than I started noticing problems with my stomach! Plz plz plz don't risk your health because your hair it cost me over *******$ between medicine and Doctor and o fix my stomach again! I'm still suffering there's some chemicals that damages the stomach tissue and I'm still suffering from it now! I barely post reviews but for this one I must do it because I do care about other people health I don't want anybody to be a victim of this supplement

I've always had thin fine hair that hardly ever grows more then 6 inches a year! However with Revitalocks I saw some major changes! I absolutely love them and plan to continue taking them. The only thing I didn't like is that they automatically charge your card for the next month unless you cancel, kind of like a subscription, however their customer service was very helpful in giving me my money back and even let me keep the extra bottle they sent! Plan to order more as soon as I run out!

Revitalocks website is purposely misleading to obtain as many charges from victimized customers as possible! Calling the purchase a 14 day trial when you don't even have it in your hand to "try it" within 14 days, but charged 87 dollars reoccurring monthly by the second week of ordering it, is this biggest hoax in the transaction. And furthermore, if you need me to authorize 4.95 than you most definitely need my authorization to charge me 87 dollars a month for a lifetime. Revitalocks doesn't get a star - I don't appreciate being taken advantage of or misled due to people's desperation to make quick money!

This is the worst Customer Service ever and total ripoff. I tried calling to cancel before the 14 days and no response. They charged my account 87+ dollars and I called again, once they answered they tried to tell me that they could not refund the money charged and then they hung up on me. I called again and they hung up again. Someone in the justice department should do something about these scammers.

I have been taking revitalocks for almost 2 months now and my hair is thicker, shiny and my hair Stylist has even noticed the difference. Hair got damaged while working in Ohio. The water stripped it. It was dry and brittle so I saw the ad ordered it and am going to continue until I can't find it anymore.

Be sure to read reviews first! Doesn't work and they automatically keep shipping and charging you $89.00!

Nowhere on the add did it have the words 14 day trial and if you decide to keep it your card will be charget 87$. I reread over it carefully! I consider this fraudulent advertising. Free is supposed to mean free pay only for shipping and handling! I immediately called and was told order already processed and I have to wait til it arrives and send it back! God! Works great! My hair grew just as fast as they said this product works! Took a little while at first but after I stopped damaging my hair with the straightener also my hair grew pretty fast. I know this product worked or at least helped.

Such a rip off! If I could give this a -20 rating I would!. Customer service lady was rude from the get go and was telling me I was yelling at her when I KNOW I wasn't. Telling me she didn't have to help me if she didn't want to. She told me I was suppose to cancel my order within 14 days if I wasn't satisfied, how the hell am I to know in 14 days if the product works! Someone should put them out of business! Awful!

Please don't fall for this offer: even though they claim that all you have to do is pay for free shipping - it gave me a horrible head-ache and the cost of 60 isn't worth it. I was late by 24 hours and was charged $85.00 + and the only thing that was done (even though I am not a satisfied customer) was that they gave me back a refund of $30.00. Big deal! I am 63 years old, and fell for it; I have been dealing with many companies, for years, but never encountered such a horrible return policy; it's a rip! You might as well get a nice hair-style and call it a day!

They are a full scam! They say it's 4.95 shipping and handling! Then take money out of your account with out informing me! Then I never opened the bottle so I offered to send it back so I can have a return and I sent it back, they reviewed it and told me it would take 3 to 5 days to go In my account! I called them ever day for ten days and they blamed it on my bank! I am in the process of getting this scam business on tv for everyone to see! Do not purchase anything they scam you!

Is now on the shelf of Walmart with Keratin another helpful ingredients for hair growth.

Terrible! Do not buy this product! They rip you off big time and then blame you for it. My hair is ruined because of this product. I recommend anyone thinking about buying this to not buy it. Waste of money and they're customer service is awful all they want is your money and nothing else. As I was just speaking to someone on the phone about this product and told them about my results they interrupted me multiple times and then told me to consult a doctor. This website and product is clearly ran by morons.

Thank you guys so much. I am so obsessed about growing my hair that something told me if its too good to be true than it most likely it is. Lucky for me I decided to look into reviews and if it wasn't for you guys honesty I would have to fallen victim to this company. I too will be reporting them to the better business bureau if not for me then for others. This site should be wiped off of the internet. There are way too many scams these days. SCAM... how do you expect me to rate your product in 14 days and be able to decide if I want to keep ordering more or cancel it. Don't do it. It's a SCAM! To make matters worse, their service terms are is not right in your face, so if you don't do your research, you will be duped out of $80 plus of your hard earn money.

This product is a scam! I got my pills after the trial period plus they charged my account before and so I called and talked to a stupid represenative for the company she said she would never order online like I did. Wow! How does someone work for the company and says such things oh and she only could refund $30 dollars! Do not order from this company. They scam people!

This is a scam! Overpriced ingredients that can be purchased anywhere for less money. Their free trial was anything but, and forced me to take legal action.

My mom ordered this product an it stated trail but she didn't know that they still charge your account 87 dollars. I called for her to have it cancel i was told they could not do it until they received there product back. I told her that i never heard of a company that cant stop a subscription on something. She was a rude A** B****. Well mom account was hit up for another 87 dollars with in the same month i call again to ask them to cancel i was met with the same answer but he told me her account will not be charge no more he too was rude and screaming at me which made me extra mad was i asked to speak to a supervisor but no luck he would not give his supervisor he told me to go on the website if i want to contact someone but of course when you go too the website there is no way to contact someone only by phone. This company is very unprofessional and rude they should be shut down.
