From the moment i sent the first message to RevitalizeinTurkey to this day, 4 months post op, they have done the incredible to deliver the care and treatment a patient deserves. I have had full TT with muscle repair and liposuction on the flanks in February 2021. Flew from Canada to Izmir alone, in the middle of the pandemic not scared at all because Taylan had already given me the confidence I needed to go ahead. As soon as I arrived in Istambul, Nefize called to welcome me and to give me the instructions regarding the first night's accomodation. Once in Izmir, I was greeted with the most loving way by Gurcan, the driver who picked me up, offered me a coffee on the way to the hotel, told me the necessary things I needed to know and was always by my side picking me up and bringing me back in all the trips from the clinic to the villa, with quick stops for ice-cream treats. I don't know how he manages to navigate that gorgeous van without the patients feeling any bump in the roads. My surgeon was Dr. Cenk, the best of the best. My tummy line is an art work, and surgery and recovery has been a smooth process with him by my side. Caring, very professional, with a nice sense of humor he dissipated all my fears and shyness. He told me what would be achieved in a realistic manner, and he delivered a fantastic performance. I can't stop looking at my tummy and loving my new me. Since my return to Canada, I have received continuous e-mails from him through Nefize to ask me how was I doing, requesting photos of my recovery and giving me advice. My 7 post op recovery days at Mandarin Grove are marked as one of my best experiences as per the care, attention, love and respect everyone showed towards me. Harun Bey, Turan and Teona are my family now. Everyday I received visitors from the staff, welcoming me with flowers, chocolates, asking me if I needed anything, asking my input on how they would serve the patients better. I was the first patient at the new Mandarin Grove Wellness Retreat Revitalizein Turkey. And they were my first care providers outside Canada.

I first visited revitalize in july 2015 for a tummy tuck and breast inplants, for some reason i had no hessitatoon on choosing revitalize for my surgery, on the plane i was a bit aprehensive of what to expect, on arival at izmir airport i was greeted by the driver who was friendly and very gentleman like, we arrived at the villa were i met Tiona, a very friendly lovely lady and imediatley felt at ease, the next day i was taken to the consltants office and we discussed my surgery, lovely man, later that afternoon i had my surgery and was finaly awake with a new body, at that time the lady who stayed with me was tuba, amazing friendly chatty lady she never left my side except to tend to another lady who had less invasive surgery. Overall my experience with Revitalize was fantastic. 5 yrs later this January i decided without any hesitation or aprehension to use Revitalize to have my upper and lower eyes done, as expected i was met by the driver and another lady who had previously been for surgery early in the year, taken to the villa with excitment of seeing Teona once again, still the lovely lady i met before, as scheduled i was taken to dr cenk and felt very at ease because of previous surgery, i was escorted to the hospital and within a few hours i awoke to a new set of eyes,, i had my recovery at the villa as usual and the day after i was taken by the lovely driver for dr cenk to check my progress. Within a matter of a few days the swelling and bruising around my eyes had virtually disapeared so much so that me and some other ladies were driven to the nearest shopping area for a few hours and to my suprise the driver stopped off for a few minutes and came back with a cornetto for each of us. I can only say if your having any doubts about Revitalize then dont, you will be taken care of from the minute you enquire with Jackie the uk lady to arriving in izmir to departing back home, i have recomended Revitalize to numerous ladies, and my mother is planning to go in the near future and i shall be going with her just to say hi to the lovely team at Revitalize, I was absolutely thrilled with my tummy tuck and inplants first time round and as im writing this review it would be 2 weeks today that i set of for my flight and to anyone in the street would have no idea id had surgery in less than 14 days ago, the scars are hairline thin and with makeup its imposible to see anything a few weeks time the scars would of totally disapeared, im over the moon with the results and wouldnt hesitate to go back for more if needed

I have just returned from Izmir and couldn't wait to share the brilliant experience I've had.
I really can't rate Revitalize enough, their customer care, service and treatment is literally faultless in my opinion!
From the moment I arrived I was collected from the airport and in the lovely taxi bus I met 2 ladies who were returning customers which instantly put me at ease. They had both bought family members (sister & husband) to have further surgery with them, which speaks volumes for the excellence of the company.
On arrival at the villa we were all given a warm welcome and waited on hand and foot (which I found abit uncomfortable at first, but began to understand that it was essential and a god send after surgery!).
Tiona (the carer and most lovely lady ever) made sure we felt completely comfortable and knew our way round the villa and got us dinner, dessert and ice cream! She also served delicious breakfast and woke you up in time for being collected for appointments if necessary, did your laundry, changed dressings and assisted patients with washing their hair etc. She really was an angel and I couldn't have felt more comfortable in her presence.
You are driven to and from each clinic/hospital visit by a kind gentleman named Gorjan (I Hope I've got his name correct) who takes your bags and often bought us snacks/ice creams/drinks as a treat - such a sweet gesture.
The surgeons clinic was absolutely spotless and Dr Cenk Tokat discussed my procedure, asked questions and advised me with detailed explanations of how my desired outcome could be achieved. I felt so confident that I was in good hands. The hospital was great and I was in a private room on a very quiet floor with no disruptions. I felt very nauseous after the anaesthetic and the lovely nurses rushed to my side every time I called them thinking I was going to be sick.
Nana (the carer) stayed with me at the hospital and checked on me regularly bringing me food/drink and just generally putting me at ease.
Whilst recovering at the villa it was lovely to receive visits by Touran & Haroun (the bosses who you first meet at the consultation) to check up on how we were doing. It really was like a home from home with a warm family atmosphere.
The aftercare you received really is second to none and the ability to relax and recover with round the clock care and assistance for a week is amazing and something you would never receive in the UK. You are served 3 absolutely delicious home cooked meals a day, smoothies, fruit, yoghurts and drinks on tap. There is a tv, DVD's, Netflix type thing and WiFi to keep you entertained. I just can't recommend Revitalize enough, the experience I had went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected which is why so many patients keep coming back and bring others with them, because they know they won't be disappointed!
Besides that I am so so happy with the outcome of my surgery so far and will back to review it fully once I am healed, and I can see the final result. But I just had to give my thoughts on the company and service on offer as it really was second to none! I was very nervous about going abroad for surgery but from now on I would only recommend going to Revitalize in Turkey and would opt to have any future surgery there rather than in the UK.
