The clothes and products (including shoes, hats, and accessories) are absolutely beautiful and well made. They always have a great deal on unique retro fashion, which I absolutely adore 🥰. Not to mention, their customer service is impeccable. I had a slight problem with my last purchase and they quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. (Thank you so much to Luna for all of your help!) I highly recommend this site if you love elegant and fashionable clothing with a retro flare.

Pretty sure it's a scam or will take so long to arrive (even though it said shipped from a US warehouse) that it's no longer needed. They send a shipping confirmation that can't be tracked and when you question, by email, they say give us 5 days to investigate. They never do, dress was only 40 bucks (plus 10 shipping), but still ticks me off because I need dress for an event. You would've thought ordering almost 3 months in advance would have been enough time. Should've just done Amazon, lesson learned.

I've ordered about five times and one items has been high quality. Their other were very low end and badly fitting. And, their shipping takes FOREVER. It's obviously dropped shipped or from China. Also: buyer beware of the "pre-sale" - this will mean the shipping will take months to North America. With all of the options this one just is not worth the risk and long wait times.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn’t order from this website with all of the options out there today.

Ordered three items, necklace came broken, and the dress was missing the corset and was much too small (and my lady is tiny… not sure how that is even possible). It took me three emails to Customer service emails to get any sort of actual correspondence, and a month later still arguing with them. I would never order from this site again, avoid avoid avoid

It fits great but isn't like the picture. The picture shows pleats in the front so I expected that to make it a full swing skirt as advertised. There are no pleats so it doesn't look right with a petticoat. The material is like a stretch denim and it's not pretty. The waist rides up so the seam is across my chest and I have to keep pulling it down. Just very dissatisfied over all. Going to try to dress it up with a waist cincher or wide belt to see if it can be salvaged.

They have products on Amazon, so buy from there for ease of return.

I ordered two swimsuits for my granddaughter's honeymoon. She tried one on and within 30 minutes two buttons fell off and the seam in the back broke apart. When I contacted customer service to replace the suit (my granddaughter loved the look of the swimsuit), they had the audacity to ask me if she should have ordered a bigger size, implying her weight was what caused the buttons to come off and the seam to split. When I assured them, I do not, they then said I would have to pay shipping to return the defective suit. The second suit's quality was fine. That's the only reason they're getting two stars. Horrible customer service.

I initially ordered from them and the outfits arrived really quickly. Though terrible quality but I guess you get what you pay for. However my 2 other orders are nowhere to be found now. I contacted them weeks ago and no response. I'm not sure if it is a legitimate website anymore.

Ordered Halter Polka Dot One-Piece Swimsuit in a size L. Arrived quickly however despite the website advertising as being a US store, I quickly noticed after I received my shipping code that the item was being shipped directly from China. Despite me checking the sizing on the website, the sizing runs small and the length of the body is ridiculously short - and I'm 5ft 3! Material is poor quality and the make is cheap. Definitely not worth the A$53 I paid. Will not purchase from this website again.

When I ordered the yellow polkadot dress I was so excited. However, when I received the dress I was very disappointed. The material they used a lot cheaper then the one pictured. When trying to return the dress they make you jump through hoops. I have to return it at cost to me with a tracking number. If I send them the package without a tracking number I get NO refund. Also they need me to email them the tracking number, order number, item number and other things. I will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered on 5/27, shipped on 5/29 did not receive until 07/06 even though I paid for "express shipping" so I would receive it in 12 to 20 business days. Because it took so long we had to buy another dress because this one did not arrive in time (12 to 20 business days). The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because when we finally received the dress it looked exactly like the picture. Had it not been for the SUPER slow delivery, I would have given this company 5 stars. Because it took so long to deliver I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered a whole outfit and paid for expedited shipping. It then told me that it would take an extra few days to prepare my package to ship (which it did not say when I placed the order). I was on a time crunch, but with expedited shipping it would have been exactly on time if not early. I tried to cancel my order after receiving an email and they would not cancel any of my items and said they were already shipped. I got an email a few days later that said the items were shipped, but were split into different shipments.

One package came from China had my shoes and has such a horrible smell to them. The beading is snagged and they are very cheaply made. Glue is very visible and the padding in the shoes is coming up already. I didn't even bother opening the dress, because it came 4 days after my event had ended.

Not very happy with the quality of the shoes or the
Customer service I have received. I also have to pay for shipping to return the items back! I will never use this company again.

I ordered two dresses for an event. I was pleased with the selection, pricing, and ease of shopping on the site. I ordered six weeks prior to the event I needed the dresses for and received an email saying it had shipped one week after ordering. Pleased with the turn around.

The dresses never arrived. Retro-stage help suggest I check with UPS as the product was shipped and it wasn't in their hand. They said the tracking number I was given was the wrong format and they had no record of the package or of a shipment.

Tried re-engaging the help address with no response. I lost the amount I paid and don't have the dresses. I'm sure this is more a random fluke than a normal occurrence since others have lovely dresses they enjoy. I still think the selection and price is exceptional. I'm not saying don't buy from them, but beware if issues arise.

Ordered three dresses for almost $100 but the material of the products definitely do not reflect on the price. The dresses made of cheap material that smell strongly of chemicals and looks like they were hastily sewn together as some of the hems were fraying and thread was hanging out. Two of the dresses came with belts that were of such poor quality that the creases were incredibly noticeable where it was folded.

They're more akin to what I would expect from discount websites, rather than from a store/website claiming to be a boutique. The clothes are cute, but the material is really lacking. If the price reflected the cheap material, I would consider buying again. However, it is much too inflated for what it is actually worth. The website claims that they have strict measures of quality control; there definitely is not. I was bamboozled.

Buy from Amazon before you buy from this company. They carry a lot of the same items. Terrible return policy. Slow processing and delivery. I placed my order on November 5. I just received notice that it was shipped 7 days later. Now I have an 8-12 period wait for the shipping. I've given 2 stars because I accept some of the blame for not researching this company.

We had ordered 20s style dresses along with head accessories. It took a very long time for the dresses to arrive about 3 weeks. One of the hair pieces was not sent, no information was given why it was not sent or if it will be send. Arrived about 6 weeks later. The dresses themselves look very nice, however they are quite short. (much shorter than they look on the website.) return policy is so inconvenient about 5 emails back and forth so in the end we decided to keep the dresses... That's really what they want. Even tho the dresses look nice and the quality seems decent enough, I will not be ordering again due to too much hassle with customer service and return policy.

I only received half of my order, and haven't even gotten a email that the other half had shipped. One was a 1950s dress I wanted to wear for Christmas. No email saying it was not available, just nothing. I paid for expedited shipping. Don't do it, it's a joke.
I will say the 20s dress is absolutely beautiful and at least I will have it for New year's Eve.

I bought a dress and underskirt during one of the deals about a month ago, and received an email saying it was out of stock. That was fine, I could wait as on the site it looked like a wonderful dress and I was excited to get it. When I did receive the dress (Tuesday 8th October) it was made from very cheap material, the top of the dress was fraying and had a hole in the lacework on the back. With the top of the dress, it wasn't meant to be made of lace, on the site it looked like a more solid flexible material but I could look past it being lace if it wasn't done as badly as it was. There was no elasticity to the top so it would have just hung limply around my elbows, the lacing on the top and around the sleeve edges was fraying or there were odd bits of string hanging off of it. The bottom of the skirt was made from what I can only describe as a shower curtain.

I have bought a dress from this site before and I think it was wonderful, I wore it to a family friends wedding and it felt like a quality made dress but this second order has made me lose faith that what I receive is a 50/50 chance of actually getting what I ordered or getting a cheaply made party costume.

And with the refund policy, to return the dress the customer has to pay the return shipping cost (which for where I am and where they are situated costs me around $40), and the dress cost $33.59 so don't expect to get your money back if you want to return a product from this site.

Purchased a coat for my wife as a Christmas gift. The style looked good, but it is a little cheap (understandable at $90). I Tried to send it back, but since it was not opened until 15 days after receiving, I am outside of the return window. I'm lucky it was only $90.

This red sparkly strapless dress is the most beautiful thing! However, I'm a 5'8, size 8, in shape dancer, and I could not get into any of them! Their return policy is extremely difficult. I finally ordered an XXL, cut a huge slit in the inner lining, sewed the edges back up, and was FINALLY able to make it work in the XXL. Again, it's GORGEOUS, so I was dying to make it work, but it's impossible to get into (pulling down or up over your butt) without adjustments.

After my daughter and I looked over the website several times and found the prices to be decent, I chose to order her a beautiful 1920's style flapper dress. I ordered the dress with accessories on April 29,2020, I finally received my order on May 25,2020.
They state in the description that the product will be prepared and inspected by quality control before being shipped. There are several pulled fringes at the bottom and several pulled/hanging threads (photos posted).
The dress is pretty, is lined, and looks nice on my daughter. The fit is slightly larger than described, but not a full size so I would follow the size chart and it runs true to size.
I would HIGHLY recommend if you were planning on ordering an items you do so in plenty of time since shipping takes a ridiculously long time. I was also not aware the item was being shipped from China when ordered and being shipped via DHL.
Not sure if I would order from again. If I did I would make sure I ordered LONG in advance to assure it makes it in time.
Bottom line:
They do have cute items, but they aren't in great shape when they are received and the shipping is long.

No my dress didn't come torn.

The dress was surprisingly decent quality; a little on the loose end but I prefer a little bit of space.

The shoes on the other hand were a bit odd. I ordered a size 9 and as that is the largest size they have, I was a little concerned that they might be too small. However they were actually a bit too big.
The buckle was rather strange too. Not an ordinary clasp buckle, it had a strange hooking element. I'm not sure if the buckle set up is is supposed to be historically accurate (1950s)… that would explain some things, but I would still prefer an ordinary shoe buckle set up.
The T strap of the shoe was too big. The part that goes around the ankle, with the buckle, could be fixed easily by adding holes oneself. However, the part of the T strap, going down the center over the foot, was also too long and I'm not sure if it would be an easy fix.

I feel like it may not be worth sending back the shoes and waiting for them to ship new shoes as it took long enough for the package to get here, and the packaging itself was rather shoddy.

I should add that I am a size 9US women's and the and that sometimes I'm nearly 9.5 to10 in shoe size depending on the company/shoe type and these were still too big.

NOTE: The shipping time did not trouble me, considering I did read what the site said, and they dutifully explained that packages could take up to a month. Shipping can take some time, depending on what your order. My shoes did make it before the dress, and they held the shoes at the nearest shipping facility until the dress had arrived.

Tip for consumers:
Shoes may be a tad large

Be warned that the sizing is not accurate and the fabric has zero give in it. Buy a size up from your true size. I am so disappointed that I followed the measurement chart perfectly, and it was still way too small! I don't mean by a little bit either - I could not even zip it up at the top and I KNOW I ordered a Large 36.6" bust for my 35" inch bust. It took so long to get here that I can't exchange it in time for my event, and then started reading the returns policy which is a joke. I will not be ordering from here again.
