I don't feel like there was many options to fit my resume onto a regular size page. I also don't like not being able to use a prepaid card to pay for the resume since I only need it this once. I like the price to get the resume I created and was told I could edit it to make the information fit better. I hope that doesn't involve shrinking the font size since I want my resume to be easy to read for everyone.

Nursing skills are specialty areas not actual skills. Auto-correct doesn't seem to work on every area. Building my resume took much longer than 20 minutes. Very easy to use and edit. Love that I don't have to format. Not sure if there is an option to change the color of certain templates but that would be nice if that feature were available. Pleased so far but the most frustrating part was trying to pick skills for work history and for career objective!

So far so good. Wasn't hired yet so time will tell about results. But great site, I just wish I could rename the sections themselves, regardless of what template I use. Personally, I like to list (and state as a subsection) "Competencies", rather than "skills". Yeah, they can be interchangeable, but some hiring managers like seeing that personal touch, the uniqueness, I suppose.

Advertising suggests access to templates and downloads is free, but its clear now that you have to pay to do anything on this site. I don't mind paying for a trial, but the auto-renewal reeks of a scam. This is particularly troubling based on the significant renewal price jump. I fearful you site will make it impossible for me to cancel in time to stop resumegenius from charging more than the $2.95 I'm willing to part with.

Overall good, however when you first enter the website it says it's for "FREE", but at the end requires payment. Confusing, better be honest.

Very user-friendly format and attractive templates. I appreciate the auto-generated suggestions for different job titles as well. One star shy of being excellent because it is incredibly shady to wait until the last minute to put a price on the resume that you have put 10+ minutes into constructing. I understand why this is done from a business perspective, but it makes you look incredibly dishonest. Be upfront and very conspicuous about your charges, or you do the customer a disservice.

The website itself is fantastic, making a resume is absurdly easy and the templates are beautiful. However, its limited in the ability to edit templates once they are made. Part of my resume was class experience and I cant add a section describing my work in those classes. Small complaint but I imagine I'm not the only one to have this problem. Also, they don't tell you it costs money at the outset. Its cheap, but a statement beforehand would be moral.

Its super easy to use, i love the user friendly interface. But when I went back to update some stuff on my resume after i was directed to the billing screen. It deleted all of my information except my contact. So i was forced to do the whole process over again before i could choose to purchase the subscription. Otherwise, fixing this problem would easily grant a 4 star rating!

Am a little concerned about accuracy when uploading my resume. Since I am applying for transcription and similar office support positions where accuracy is highly important, it would be nice if I didn't need to go over my own meticulously created work once more with a fine-toothed comb to get my information into a better resume format. However, I do appreciate the suggestions provided for expanding upon my listed job duties; those were very helpful.

I loved how seamless I was able to curate the perfect resume. Between the layout options and helpful generated bullet point descriptions I feel confident transitioning into a new role!
The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the issues when attempting to check out at the end. It kept prompting me to put in a valid card number, which I was, and would not work. This is very frustrating when you've spent a considerable amount of time perfecting your resume. I know I am not the only person who has experienced this issue either.

It was simple and helpful. The only thing was I wanted to enter some of my own work experiences but I was unable to see that section. In Order to type it in the menu which appears on the left would need to collapse but it never did. The suggested examples were plentiful and I liked the fact I could type in different key words to obtain different bullet point ideas for job descriptions and duties without it affecting the whole document.

More customization in regard to the placement and location of the writing. Also a different secodn page layout, for instance, you hace enough work experience to fill up the second page of a resume. I would not need to have the let or right hand side sections still structured without any information really needing to be there. Sorry for the rushed explanation.

Overall pretty positive. It would be nice to have an option to preview resumes with data added so far (before finishing) to help determine direction. Also, at one point, I accidentally selected Canada rather than U.S. as the country for a company and I couldn't get the system to reload the "State / Territory" data - it was stuck on Canada. I had to back out and restart that section.

Nice layout and I like the input method. I just wish the job duty descriptions were better. Also would be great to just fix things after it previews the document instead of having to go back to the different categories. Made it hard to figure out what it would look like and hard to work with formatting issues. But still, a very pleasant option versus creating one from scratch!

Very quick, easy and sufficient. The only downfall is when yo advertise for free and then request payment to print or save it! If I didn't need this right now I would start over on a different website!

Your auto-generated suggestions are not written in the past tense. So it took longer than expected to complete certain sections of my resume. Plus, I think you need to update your career objective helping tool's helping function. The completed career objective paragraph seemed wordy, and the language was outdated. Other than those two issues, it took most of the items I wanted to include in my resume and gave me a well-formatted clean resume with all of the information I wanted to present.

One of the ONLY actually easy and accessible resume builders I've used. I've gotten so frustrated with others the last week that I actually didn't mind spending money on this one although there's tons of free ones out there. I love how you can search already typed up bullet points under experience. The only thing I couldn't figure out was how to switch the order in the experience section. I'm assuming it automatically sorts it by start date? But I'm unsure and confused with that. Overall great app would use again.

Good platform. There was nothing about needing to pay until I had already spent an hour+ on creating my resume. If you don't mind paying the $2 for a 14 day trial, it's a good platform. Just remember to cancel in time or you get charged for a full month of access at a much higher rate.

Looks great. Very easy to use. But they didn't tell me about the payment until I was done creating the resume.

Overall good experience. Your site made the process of updating my resume easy. It would have been nice to get some suggestions for job duties. Other than that it was great.

Its always annoying when something seems to be free but then after spending valuable time on it I get charged for the final product. And if I don't cancel in time you're going to start charging a monthly fee?!? Your mothers would be ashamed of the slimy way you conduct business. I'm a full disclosure kinda guy. But other than that your service seems to work well.

Wish we could change headings. (i.e. Career objective to resume objective).
There is no place to put your street address (my college application requires it).
Just a little more flexibility would be useful.
