Very helpful in getting a resume started. I definitely liked the prompted narratives. My job title and my job responsibilities do cross over into other specialties, which is why I was looking for generated assistance. I did not easily find ways to include experience without searching other job titles and skills. Additionally I wasn't sure how to include that in one employment I worked at multiple offices. Overall, I needed the assistance and this was helpful.

I would've rated it 5 stars if the payment didn't feel manipulative. The website itself is FREAKING FANTASTIC and extremely easy to use and absolutely amazing. However; I do not appreciate my time being wasted. I went through the entire process and get to the end where I'm being asked for payment. Not one time was payment ever mentioned. You guys need to offer a free version AND a paid version or at the very least tell people it will cost something at the end.

I hate when it seems like something is free and at the last minute, they want to charge you after you've done all of the work.

Your google result showed "Free resume builder" and then you charged money to download it. Deceptive marketing.
Also there was an annoying bug that made it impossible to type inside the bullet-point field for each job that I added. The cursor moved to position 0 after each keystroke so my text was effectively entered backwards. I had to type my text in another program and then copy+paste it over.

Lots to enter at first info wise. Sees like overkill at the moment. But I'm curious if it works. Will be good to see how variations can be made, including abbreviated ones and cover letters. Most interested in seeing if this helps speed screening for the ATS systems to initiate job screenings and hopefully interviews.

It would be better if you had the option to choose from a few different font styles and sizes on some of the sections.

I've used and recommended this site in the past. The website and user interface is easy to use and navigate. I like there are a good amount of descriptions for each profession. However, asking the average job seeker to drop almost $100 for a subscription in any economy is crazy. I don't care that there is an option for a lesser amount, that's still messed up, frankly. Asking people, many of whom who are struggling to improve their lives and find full time employment, to add an additional subscription service to their dwindling bank account is shameful.

A bit annoyed at only being able to learn pricing after finalizing my resume. The builder was a little finicky -- not super clean to edit and rearrange sections or roles. Several of the templates didn't allow for longer names, which was limiting. Overall though, a helpful tool and a nice-looking result.

It would be nice if we could format our own resumes more. The current process tends to make mistakes like capitalizing words that should be lower case and it will not allow you to change it.
Also it should have an option in the contact section to add a URL for a portfolio, LinkedIn account or other websites to promote one's self.

Great looking templates. Clear and concise ways of entering info. A cheap trial is helpful to figure out if I want to keep the service. However, we REALLY need the ability to customize certain things. For example, I can't change the title of "career objective", in order to use that section as a professional summary. Being able to move things around in the skills section would be excellent. And some templates break up things on separate lines in messy ways.

This is over priced. I should be able to just pay for one single resume, rather than months of useless subscription.

Not impressed with the wording or how the summary is set. Not enough info and not focused or separate interest I got alot of regonition.and was told on several reviews that my energy and happiness was contagious groups requested me. I managed a restaurant and gas station also worked in machine shop production. Looking for overnight or work from home if possible if not I will go back to hospitality

Said i could get one free. No matter how i tried or how strictly i followed directions, the "free" download kept taking me back to the "you must pay" page. And there were a lot of technical problems with word processing. Had to open my own word program and type what i wanted in that program then copy/paste to the "genius". After that, there were more formatting issues to go through. Heck, I'm changing my three stars to one. I've convinced myself by writing down how long my very simple resume took me in time. It took hours! Should have done it on word to begin with. I guess you really do get what you think you're not going to pay for!

I'm irritated because this came up under free resume templates and now I'm being charged to retrieve my resume after I spent a ton of time entering all my information. You should be upfront about the fact that you're charging for your services.

Would rather have had one chance to print out a complete resume so I could experience the whole process before having to whip out a credit card. That approach with any kind of website always seems super sketchy. However I like your format and decided to do the trial. Once again, I don't think the surprise credit card thing especially after putting in the effort to build the resume. Then again I am very very low on funds right now so it probably hits me a little bit more than some others. But the layout and the process seem to be really good. Hopefully this will help me get a job.

The website needs to be more clear that it's only free to build the resume--not to download it. I anticipated that the "free" resume I was building would be free to download. I've paid for the trial period, but only because I spent so much time under the assumption that I could use what I built freely. It's literally cheaper to pay for your trial than to waste more time re-building the resume. The resume is beautiful, but I can't say I think much of how you sold it.

To edit you have to click on each single section of document. I would recommend adding undo button. Also, the trail should be at least a month since you will be charging full price if not cancelled within 14 days.

Ok, not real thrilled with the monthly payment option only. I would pay $10 for the resume, but 24.99 a month is ridiculous. Now, you are making me go through the hassle of dcanceling.

The initial message on your website indicated that you could create your resume for free. After hours of inputting my information, I learned that I needed to pay $2.95 to download the resume. Had I known that initially it would have been fine, but I felt like I was duped into paying and only did so because I had already spent so much time creating my resume on your website.

This website has a great base, but I think you should do more research into what makes for good work experience bullet points and include power words. And the automated "career objectives" are VERY formulaic, which is fine but the formula used sounds bland. Maybe you could have a few different styles of paragraph templates and they'd produce different results.

Totally spit-balling here: I wonder if maybe you guys could look into using AI to help with some of the bland formulaic parts of the template.

The headline "free resume builder" and "no registration or CC required" is very misleading, because you can't do anything(simply download) your built resume without paying for a subscription of some kind.

There is no indication given about the $3 charge until AFTER i spent an hour working on my resume on this site. Very helpful service, but needs more transparency. Feels like you're trying to trick your customers instead of trusting that your site warrants the money.

The initial search said it was free! Now that I'm done, there is a fee before I can mail or print!
