The company has established a strong reputation for its user-friendly resume-building platform, which is praised for its intuitive design, effective templates, and time-saving capabilities. Many customers express satisfaction with the polished results and helpful prompts that enhance their resumes. However, concerns regarding the transparency of pricing practices are prevalent, with some users feeling misled by the marketing of free access. Additionally, issues with customization options and the accuracy of information fetched have been noted. Overall, while the service is highly regarded for its quality and ease of use, addressing pricing clarity could further enhance customer trust.

My first card didn't go through even contacting my bank and their was no issue...
The fees should have been mentioned upfront but a very user friendly service
- formatting in CV is pretty messed up
- please create an option to NOT include the state for European countries
You outright lie about a "free resume builder" so I'm not too thrilled about having to likely waste an hour of my time on Monday to get my money back.
Need to remove something (edit) my resume but was not able to gain access to it.
I don't know why I would need a trial for a job resume when I need a job once for the next few years.
The resume builder writes a resume better than I ever could
It should be stated before you fill things in that you have to pay
Would appreciate more recommendations for younger people with less work experience
Depending on how the resume looks after download, I'll decide whether this was worth it. The templates look amazing, but I don't know how they'll look with mine. The autocompleted career objective part was silly, but I just pasted in my own. Biggest complaint is that after my trial, it's supposed to start at $40 a month? No way! The membership is only $7 a month. Is the discrepancy just because you weren't expecting me to check, or am I misreading something? There's no way this trial's going to be worth $480/year. This feels scammy as heck, which is disappointing, because the site looked promising.
Used you guys before and results happened--thanks fingers crossed
You promoted the site as a free resume builder. Once I built my resume, you want to charge me for a download - what a marketing lie!
I didn't know it was going to charge me until the very end.
So far looks good, but the icons for the cell number and address need to be switched.
My experience has been fair so far. I get the impression that my needs will be met and I will be satisfied.
The skills for Healthcare need to be more specific
Great job easy to answer information and great download
Okay but i would've appreciated being made aware a payment would be in order earlier on.
This made my resume building as easy as it could possibly be.
