You claimed the process was free but I came to find out I have to pay to access my resume. If I didn't buy it I would have wasted my time but now I have just wasted my money. Don't be shady and disclose it in the beginning.

The resume that they built for me SUCKED! It's cheap! They did not change anything on my resume to polish it up or make it stand out. Don't be a sucker for this!

It didn't say anywhere I saw that I'd have to pay for my resume until I was done. Its my opinion auto enrollment is shady and banks on people forgetting to cancel before the next payment, but that aside am very happy with the resume. A federal resume format should be an option.

I don't really need to make payments to continue using the services I just needed a copy of my resume. It would have been easier to have an option for just printing off my resume with no additional assistance needed.
