You did not tell customers it was going to cost money to access resume in the beginning so if I was unable to pay the cost, I would've spent a lot of unnecessary time that I could have been using elsewhere. Aside from that, resume coach was very helpful.

The ease of resumecoach was great. I don't like that I had to pay for a trial and then have to cancel when I finished what I needed in 10 mins. It's an inconvenience to have to reach out to cancel subscriptions
