I paid 1 dollar for their trial period and immediately got charged an additional 29 dollars that I did not authorize. When I contacted their customer support they told me that the 29 dollars are for an "optional" premium report and that I agreed to it and that it appeared at check out, which is a complete lie because I would've never agreed to pay for that. Nowhere was it shown that I can choose to pay for that optional report, it wasn't written anywhere and of course, in their refund policy it says that they don't issue refunds for "premium reports", which let's be real, are most likely done with AI
