This First Choice Communications is the worst company to ever do business with! I was promised all these great deals that turned out to be untrue! I was pressured into signing up the Phoenix Home and Garden show on 10-19-2018. They took $50 cash and I was told if I cancel before the installer came out that I would get my $50 refunded in two weeks. After leaving the home show I felt like I was promised the moon to sign up with them and I started feeling uneasy about my pressured decision. I called the next day to cancel. I was told that I would be refunded the $50 by mailing me a check within 2 weeks. Since then, I have cancelled with the sells rep, a CSR and the manager Sung twice! They continue to call me to install Direct TV even though I called to cancel several times! I'm still getting the run around about my $50 refund! I am now told that the $50 is non refundable. I also know a former employee who never got their last pay check. What kind of fly by night company doesn't pay their employees? Run don't walk from this company! Read their Yelp Reviews. Not sure how a dishonest company like this can still be in business!
