I have had such a GREAT service from this company/website that I don't even know where to start. ABSOLUTELY SUPERB SERVICE - RECOMMENDED!

Setting up the account was pretty easy. I in putted my details on the website, and then received an email asking me for a copy of a bank statement or something official showing my billing address, together with a copy of my ID and passport, which I provided and my account was confirmed within 2 days. I got an email explaining the process for placing orders, and my shipping address.

I shipped my first order to the address indicated and kept tracking my order with the tracking number provided to me by the company from which I had purchased. I received a notification form USPS that my order had not been delivered but nothing was showing up on my account on ReshipUS, and initially I panicked. Yet a few hours later I received an email that there was a parcel waiting for me at my suite and that they were awaiting my instructions as to whether ship the parcel or wait to combine it with something else.

I asked them (reShipUS) what would be the cheapest way to ship and they sent me a detailed email explaining exactly the different shipping methods, so I could decide which option to choose. I decided to ship immediately so I could try the service to the full.

I decided to ship via USPS with a tracking number but the shipping was still considerably cheap to my country, which is Malta, in Europe. They re-packaged my items (which were all clothes), into a USPS bag, removed all paperwork for me, on my instructions and also filled in all the paperwork and the customs deceleration as per my instructions, and sent me an email with my bill, which were the shipping costs, plus $5 for their service, and I paid everything via PayPal so easily.

They cleared my payment immediately and shipped it to me. They sent me an email with the tracking number which I had to check on the USPS site. It took 2 days to show up on the site which is why I panicked initially, but then I saw on the website that it says it takes 48 hours for a parcel to appear for tracking and so I waited, and indeed, after 48 hours, everything was visible on the USPS website.

I signed up on the USPS website for notifications and was constantly updated by email on the whereabouts of my parcel. I got it in less than 15 days since shipment. It was cleared by customs as all the paperwork was in order and I had absolutely no problems. Then it was delivered to my doorstep as a signed parcel. Absolutely brilliant service!

And for this I only paid postage (which was was $27.22 [split up between $23.50 USPS postage which I confirmed with the postage marked on the parcel itself when I received it, together with an added $3.72 to cover their PayPal fees for accepting the payment]) and just $5 for their service!

Everything worked out so brilliantly and so cheaply I can't even begin to thank this company for the great service it rendered me. In the meantime I have more items which are delivered to my suite and which are waiting for combination with other parcels, and it is costing me nothing to keep them there (for a reasonable amount of time of course).

I definitely recommend this service, it is the cheapest I found on the internet, and it's a must to everyone who lives outside the US and needs to have items shipped to them! I tried numerous providers, but this company is by far the best! Can't wait to go back to shopping as soon as I finish this email:)
