I had a delivery issue with my third order from Reserve Bar that was not the fault of the company. I messaged them and got a response very quickly. They refunded my order immediately and were very gracious about the issue. Not only does this company have a nice variety of products, but they can also be relied upon to give great customer service - something that seems to be lacking these days. Their professionalism has made me a loyal customer.
Easy to order after enjoying my first fine bottle of Great Jones as a Christmas gift from my NYC son, who lives five minutes from your distillery.

The delivery company had much to be desired, I would con5sider making a change.
First their driver couldn't find my address, its in the city. Its 8 blocks from the Capitol of CA.
Its a free standing single family home, Uber and many others find it easily. Their phone hold times are awful, they were terriblel to deal with. I had to go pick it up. I had work out of town, so they said they would only hold for 5-7 days. Not a great experience.

Had been looking for months for a special Scotch for my husband's 80th birthday. I contacted Compass Box and they suggested I call ReserveBar. ReserveBar answered me back immediately via email and answered my questions regarding which Scotch I should buy for him, based on my comments on his favorite one locally. I called the number for their customer support group to order, but somehow it had changed and couldn't reach them by phone. Sent another email, and they got back to me right away and took my order. It was not easy for me to arrange for this and keep it a surprise, but luckily they will ship to my neighbor's house for her to receive for me. Virginia is not an easy state to ship spirits into, so it took quite a bit of researching, but ReserveBar was able to do it. So relieved that is taken care of thanks to them. Can't wait to see his face when he opens it.
Will use them again, as they have a vast stock of fine spirits, and we have many friends who appreciate fine Scotch.

Blackened by Metallica was delivered promptly and was easy to order on the site. Whiskey itself wasn't anything extraordinary, but I can say I have tried it and wasn't dissatisfied. Bottle is nice but label has nothing to indicate Metallica's involvement with the "collaboration"… which is the only reason I tried it in the first place. The sonic aging gimmick makes for a funny anecdote, but that's about it. I'll stick with my current label when this is gone….

I used your company to deliver a package once before and it took almost a month for the package to arrive. This last transaction went much better, the package was delivered within ten business days.
I didn't receive much help, the first package still took about a month to arrive at it's final destination.

It took about a week or so to ship and the tracking website I was given was awkward to read and to understand when my package would get delivered, but it did come quickly once I received confirmation it was shipped.
They were responsive and gave me a tracking info but couldn’t share exact dates of shipping or expected delivery until they gave me the tracking info.
They had the item I wanted at a good price.
The order was correct upon arrival, but during the shipping process, more prompt notifications would be appreciated as there has to be a person at the address to receive it.

Bottle arrived in perfect condition. The only thing missing was the bag that the bottle should have been in. Was extremely upset and sad it was taken out of the bag and shipped with out it.
The distillery where the whiskey was made uses this service.
I ordered the Bruladich sampler. Unfortunately the cork on the bottle of the Laddie broke apart when I opened it. I have not opened the other 2 bottles yet. I believe the excessive Texas heat might have played a roll in that
I had placed an order online for a bottle of scotch as a birthday gift for my son. I received a confirmation email that my order had been placed, but never any more information after that. Since the transaction showed up on my credit card, I decided to call the phone number that was listed from ReserveBar on my credit card statement. The number ended up being a former employee of the company. (Now I'm thinking I got scammed.) However, she was very nice, got me the correct phone number for customer service and then she even sent an email to her former employer to get things corrected. After talking to customer service, I was told that my order had already been shipped and was soon to be out for delivery. They gave me an expected delivery date, and they ended up being off by one day. Tis the holiday season. I contacted my son to let him know that he should be getting a delivery, only to find out he'd been receiving text messages all along from ReserveBar. (So that explains why I didn't get any messages after the initial email confirmation.) So for all the skeptics out there who are questioning whether ReserveBar is a scam, I assure you they are a real company with some great quality products! Best of all, my son was very pleased with his birthday gift. Here's the text message he sent to me:
"Wow now that's a great scotch! I opened it a little early! Hahahah. It's a great scotch and is easy to sip. Very smooth with a good wood cask finish. MaCallen is the luxury classic scotch. If people like scotch it is what you want on display."
Spoken like a true scotch connoisseur! I anticipate using ReserveBar in the future.

My order of some whisky hadn't been shipped and it had been 8 days. I contacted customer service and she got back to be the next day. Not only did she get it handled and my order shipped, but they refunded my shipping without me even asking. I know things happen but they didn't make any excuses, or brush me off (like allot of other people said happend to them) She took care of the problem, and wanted to make the error right with me. Melissa is the reason that ReserveBar gets 4 stars and not 2. I will definitely consider using them in the future.
I have never ordered alcohol online before. This is my first time. It was Easy-Peasy. I purchased the 750 ML Caledonia Spirits Barr Hill vodka landcrafted* in the heart of Vermont distilled from raw honey. I absolutely adore honey, like others adore chocolate. It WAS expensive but I opted to splurge. Including tax and shipping charges I spent twice as much as I normally would for a top shelf vodka. This vodka is delicious. If you're wondering if the honey is overpowering, it Is NOT. It has a very slight bite, but not enough to destroy the enjoyment of sipping. Out of 10 stars I would rate it an 8.5 (which is good in my book).

Was called by company president personally after he reviewed the emails and customer service interactions. He offered a replacement product, apology for the troubles, and a gracious treatment and professional resolution.
Unfortunate that it came to this level, but the president of the organization showed what he is trying to build this company to be and showed the professional person he is personally.
Ordered product that arrived broken. When emailed (with photos of broken bottle inside the shipping package) they refused to refund or replace. First citing that the "retailer" refused to replace the product. Then stated that the shipping company would not have delivered if it were broken (with no acknowledgement that the shipper wouldn't know the bottle was broken as the box had no visible liquid damage and they couldn't have opened the package). So blaming FedEx seems very bad. Instead they said I should ask for refund through credit card insurance and billing - as their customer service would not do anything about it --- seems almost like insurance/billing/credit fraud. Will NEVER order from them... and recommend no one I know ever use them either.
Tip for consumers:
NEVER use Reserve Bar. The worst online spirits organization to use.
Use another service instead and save yourself the hassle and poor customer service.

We were excited to find ReserveBar selling boutique spirts we found from a small distillery in Maui. The website was easy to use and had great prices on spirts and bar gear. We did experience a delay in receiving the product, but when contacting customer service to inquire they quickly and efficiently communicated the issue and expedited the product.
Good overall experience. A glitch over one part of an order that was quickly corrected. On a separate order, Meagan in customer service put in great effort, ensured order was handled properly, and was really pleasant throughout all communications. I will definitely order again!
The only complaint I have about Reserve Bar is too many emails. When they were tracking my package they sent me 1 or 2 emails every day. That's too much. I think multiple people were handling my package because I received way too many emails including ones about customer service. But I got the package so that was my only complaint.
My orders here have always been correct, but ruthlessly delayed. They always seem ready to make amends, which is really nice. Hoping to keep shopping here and improve my overall experience, since except for gifts, alcohol is rarely a rush item.
I was trying to find a particular bottle of something and expressed in an email the difficulty I was having in finding it. The staff responded very quickly and was very informative. I really appreciated the quickness!
