I have just received my credit statement to find I have bought cover that I did not know about.I had trouble submitting my payment so I gave up and bought a policy from the AA,they say I should have had an Email to download a policy, I think that might have been a clue that the payment had gone through but I never received one.Their attitude is tough luck,can not get a refund because 14 days have passed,thats 14 days I never knew I had their policy,I have nothing except a bill to pay.If anyone has trouble submitting a payment this could happen to you.
