After submitting my claim for non performance to the New York State Attorney General a few months ago here is part of the Attorney Generals recent letter to me " We have presented your claim to the Company. Unfortunately despite our repeated efforts to obtain a statement of their position they have failed to respond." I have previously documented my disappointing experience with Reputation Sentry on Site Jabber. In my opinion, anyone who does business with them is taking a big chance. See my prior review of Reputation Sentry that documents the problems I encountered with them. The File and Case Number assigned to this by the New York State Attorney General remains open.
