But I received my Armadillo Lizards exactly when he said I would and he's healthy and doing great! OMG! Im from Anchorage Ak and normally it cost an arm and legs to ship up here, but this guys sent my turtles and tortoises Overnight for Free! Yes Free! And they were all alive and healthy. Will definitely order from them Again. Thanks mr Willis u guys r awesome

Just received my leopard gecko and pacman frog today both were active and in good health when I unpacked them and both are now in their enclosures picking out their spots. Very happy both animals were in great health when I received them. I will definitely be doing business with this company again in the near future and recommend them to anyone looking for a reptile or amphibian, great selection and great prices

I purchased a female baby Kinkajou from this fun and extremely professional store, Felton who specializes in Mammals there WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC from the moment we first spoke until a few weeks later when we picked our little companion at the airport. Felton sent us informative DIY videos before we've received our Kinkajou, regularly fallowed up with me to see how she was doing and if we needed anything else after we've received her which I thought was so incredibly caring. It's been 6 weeks since our new little companion entered our lives and we couldn't be more thrilled with the Kinkajou we've got, we brought her to the vet twice for vaccines and deworming and our New York exotic veterinarian agreed she was 100 % healthy and well cared for before we got her. I will keep on doing business with them, they provided us with a fantastic exotic pet and deserve a 5 Stars review while Felton with his passionate work ethic, super conscientious and sky high level of care for the Kinkajou he sold us deserved 10 Stars just to himself. Great place filled with great people and where we got an amazing pet from!

I placed three separate orders here, two for hard to get Ecuadorian hermit crabs, and one for a three-striped mud turtle. Each time, the hermit crabs ran out of their container (insulated, humid, and with damp moss) an had natural shells. The turtle was groggy, but woke up and was swimming happily within 20 minutes. Thank you! Will buy again when I have more space!

I've bought two spiders from these guys. The quality and health of every spider shipped is perfect. The customer service is fantastic and they always responded to my response to e-mails I sent within 24 hours. This is the best reptile and invertibrate website I have ordered from.

Order a snake and a scorpion. Both had arrived very quickly, the snake came very healthy and vibrant, the scorpion had some iffy spots but there team was quickly on it when I mentioned it. Reptile City makes a point to call when the order has been delivered to check up. Only place I've done business at who does this. 5 stars all day.

I ordered four fire bellied toads under the buy one get one free option and amazingly all eight arrived here to Texas very healthy and alive and ready to eat cricketers and super worms I had for them. I had recently converted a 55 gallon aquarium I had used for fish in the past into a terrarium for my other two toads I already had. Now all ten are happily sharing their new home together.

I've found the sales team at REPTILES CITY to be friendly and responsive. Their warehouse team as well was highly professional and quick to correct a few order issues. Their web-based sales platform is exceptionally well designed and the inclusion of text alerts on orders is very helpful for tracking shipments. My initial experience two years ago led me to order from them again, and this second experience was just as impressive if not more so. I will continue to consider REPTILESCITY my first choice.

I am really happy with my order, i made my purchase despite negative comments, but tbh my order came in before its scheduled date. My scorpions were very happy and healthy very active. I order my feeders exclusively from ReptileCity now. I started because they were the best priced mice, but they have my loyalty because of the quality and care they put into every delivery. It arrives completely frozen after traveling across the country and is always packed very nice and neat. I highly recommend them!

This was my first online reptile order. Reptile City and Felton Willis were extremely responsive to any concerns and questions I had. And when my box turtle arrived I could not have been happier. I use them to purchase a pink toe tarantula for my daughter. They were the cheapest I could find and it arrived a lot earlier than expected alive and healthy. We're thinking about purchasing a friend as we found out they do well with other pink toe tarantulas I will definitely be purchasing more from them

Our baby red ear sliders We bought a couple of red ear sliders from you guys back in October and didn't want to say anything until we'd had them for awhile. We're pretty sure that we have a male and a female. When they first arrived they were a little sluggish and spent most of their time pretending to be rocks either on the dock or underwater. After a couple months though, they got used to us and started to be a lot more active. They are active baskers and beggars. They will follow your finger around the tank if you put it near the glass. We've got pictures of one of them using a floating cuttlebone as a flotation device. The little male will follow our full grown map turtle around like a shadow and even stack on him. We're so happy with both of them. Thank you!

I paid for chameleon with 30 day free shipping. Over 3 months have passed. I still have not received the chameleon, asked for refund multiple times. No rely. It is a Scam company.

I ordered a brazilian rainbow boa from them and she arrived perfect and healthy. She was packed just as well if not better than other companies pack their animals. Everything was labeled correctly and it was shipped over night. When she arrived she was very active and nipping which was a great sign that she was healthy. Had great communication with Mr Felton Willis as there was delays with getting my order shipped due to the bad weather. 10/10 would order from them again.

I want to thank everyone at reptile city for the extra care they put into the packaging when they shipped my animals. I got a stripe knee tarantula (adult female) and a whip scorpion (asked for a male but got a female lol) which only came to 59.99! And they gave free economical shipping on top of that! I was worried I wouldn't receive the same care towards my package as a more expensive order would but they blew all my expectations and took extra steps to make sure my animals were safe and survived the shipment. They called me 2 days in a row leading up to it and made sure the address was correct and they also emailed me when the order shipped out so I would know when to expect it. When I got the package there was no damage to the box and tape on all the places heat could escape. Inside the box there was another smaller box that was surrounded in news paper to ensure that it dosent slide around and a large heating pad! Which I really appreciated! I opened up the smaller box and they were in two separate containers with substrate and ventilation holes in the sides and news paper to prevent them from sliding around. I was amazed at the quality and care of shipping with not having spent too much money and i will definitely be ordering from them again. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for exotic pets and a business that appreciates there customers.
