These guys were extremely helpful to a new tarantula owner, Penelope now has a lovely new house with all the kit needed to keep her well. It was delivered very quickly and securely. They offered online chat to help you and great communication via email. I bought the platinum terrarium set up. It was easy to put together. We have a very happy snake.

I was a bit worried, after my purchase, to see and hear so many negative reviews and opinions in regards to ReptileCity.com. I qualified for free shipping, 3-5 days. I recieved an email on day 5, stating my pets were shipped, and that I could pick them up from my local post office the following day at 1:30pm. I went ahead and checking the tracking number, excited my babies were on the way. Glad I did! They arrived at my post office an hour BEFORE I recieved the shipping confirmation! I quickly retrieved my package. A small box, completely sealed with tape, and no lables or warnings that it was fragile or contained live animals. Inside the box, was 4 small clear deli containers(with the 4 animals), covered in newspapers, and topped with a heating pack. 2 baby snakes, a Smooth Green and a California King, arrived active and healthy. A baby Red Ear Slider turtle, also active and healthy. And a Red Claw Emperor scorpian, who appeared dead at first, but quickly perked up when placed in his new enclosure. All 4 are doing great so far, and already eating on their second day here. All and all, I am pleased with me experience with ReptileCity, but personally feel whole shipping process could use a bit of improving.

Hi so i made my order online it was my first time ordering from this site or online for a live animal to be exact so i made my order an i nervously constantly emailed Mr. Felton he was understanding an talked me threw his entire order an shipping process the oder arrived at the date he said it would my only hang was i asked for an adult female cane toad an received a juvenille male i immediately contacted Felton an he got with me an we spoke on the issue he told keep what you have and ill send you the adult female completely free not even a shipping charge he was very responsive an polite over email an phone. I have read some terrible reviews about him an his buisness but i experienced nothing but excellent service, People need to understand that mistakes can happen in shipping animals so if one does take patience an speak with felton politely an he'll resolve your issue if any very quickly. Received a healthy, fat, lively clubtail Iguana yesterday. Very happy with my experience with reptile city, the owner, and their customer service personnel. I was nervous about not having everything just right for my Clubtail when it arrived but the gentleman I talked to was able to tell me exactly what I needed for it. I also got two Atlanta hermit crabs that are the most active crabs I have ever had. When I am ready to apdpd a0nother reptile to my collection I will be purchasing from them for sure. I was reluctant about their shipping methods but I learned they actually drop pet off at local post office to arrive THAT SAME DAY!

Been ordering from these guys for a few years now and every single animal ive ordered from them were and still are alive and healthy, just received a scolopendra gigantea(amazon giant centipede) today and is extremely active. Also they have very friendly staff that are glad to help. Highly recommend these guys :)

Ordered two reptiles and they were very healthy and friendly. I emailed them about 5 times before the purchase and they returned my email promptly. I could not have received a better specimen.
The one thing that surprised me and I didn't care for is the packaging. It didn't say live animal on the package or handle with care. They need to work on that. Plus it took two days instead of over night. My babies were upside down. I think they were treated as any other package and tossed around a bit on the trip. But besides all of that, it didn't break their little spirits. Thank you reptile city

Ordered (3) R/B Walker frogs/ buy 1 get 1 free. Arrived late on arrival date with two dead and 4 sluggish. Sent e-mail immediately to Reptile City and received a response in a few hours saying they would be replaced. They came in on time overnight healthy, active and in good condition. I believe it was all in the shipping and I would order from Reptile City again.

I ordered a BOGO gecko set and was accidentally shipped the same order twice. They agreed to a refund and Felton was polite and professional, as I was to him. I had to write a pleasant email reminding them about my promised refund but then received it promptly. The lizards were wild caught and a little thin but very active upon arrival. They all shed their skins within 36 hours of arrival and have been doing quite well. Also, they were shipped much more quickly than I expected. Marcus was wonderful during several conversations and I was quite pleased. I am about to order something else from them, so we'll see how that goes, but meanwhile I have no complaints.

I ordered 2 Clown Tree Frogs, a Green Tree Frog and 2 Eastern Newts. The first order had my address wrong. I contacted customer service because I never received it. Both customer service and myself tried to track down the order. I finally found the order at our local USPS Annex. By the time I received it, the animals were dead. We had very cold weather and the heat pack ran out. I called customer service back and told them what happened. I received an apology and my order was reshipped at no cost to me, FEDEX Overnight and my critters arrived warm and healthy. The only thing I would say needs improving is that "Live Animals" was written on the package. The postal service worker said they would have treated the package differently while at their facility.
