I received my camp America shirt earlier than expected for starters. I came across this brand through Vic mensa's ig page & immediately loved what Represent does. I will be purchasing again! I am a fashion designer so I look forward to maybe working with them in the near future :)

Ordered £400 worth of stuff and kept 3 items totalling £140. However they are trying to charge me £215 which for one is illegal. Refusing to refund the size 8.5 trainers that I sent back. They don't reply and if they do it's rude and blunt. Scam artists to be honest.

I love the outfits but I'm not agree with the Free Shipping Policy in USA of $300 in the purchase. Most of the companies and luxury brands they give Free Shipping with any amount of the purchase.

Although this company has been good with responding to my emails in a timely manner, i can't give this company a good review just soley based on their shipping!
3 months nearly since my order was placed! I have NEVER experienced such a long wait ever! Not for any company! I understand Covid may have delayed things somewhat. But, 3 months! Ridiculous!
I feel sorry for my son who has been so patient waiting for this hoodie! For the price and the wait- i hope its quality! Cause if it isn't- i'll be back to complain about that too!
Don't Order from this company.

The website was great and easy to use All my son wanted for Christmas was coryxkenshin merch i ordered him 3 things and i have only recieved 1 item i have been trying to track the other 2 items and there are no updates and no product. I am absoultely heart broken for my son I usually dont order online but i wanted to make my son happy. Does anyone have suggestions i have sent to emails to customer care and have yet to get a response.

I have ordered two t-shirts for my son from this site - they sent the wrong size both times! I double checked and the size chart on the website is different to the actual measurements when the tops arrived!

First time it was wrong I sent it back and ordered again and now it is wrong again! The shipping took way too long both times as well - I know it is covid times but I have ordered lots of other things from overseas that arrived much much quicker than this.

I would think very carefully before ordering from here and make sure you note what size you ordered and the what the chart says. I have now received two (not cheap) shirts that my son can't wear!

Our designer suggested we try these guys instead of CustomInk. No need to carry a big inventory, easy for people to order shirts etc. NOPE.
Here's a list of reasons to avoid.
Terrible customer service. The chat doesn't work. There's no phone number as far as I can see. Ordering samples is baffling. They promise to get back to you via email within 24 hours. They don't. Ever. They just send a list of FAQ's.
The shipping is turtle-like. The shopping cart is glitchy especially using the mobile version. Expensive and worst of all, the shirts are very poor quality. Hard, rough, prickly fabric. Not a true black and the printing is dull. On top of that the sample shirt we ordered had a stain on it. Very disappointing. Going straight back to Customink.

However, sometimes when a big campaign occurs we receive more customer inquiries and our response time can be a bit longer. I'll start off with saying the product is great, I'm really happy with the size and fit, and the print quality is fine after a wash too.

TL;DR version: £8+ hidden postage charge to the U.K! Represent will try and dodge covering it.

I'm extremely disappointed by the hidden charges incurred after purchasing the item. I paid $12 for shipping to the UK and then a further hidden £11 charge once the item got here (£8 customs + £3 standard shipping). It's unacceptable that customers are not pre warned of this when ordering from the U.K. I was offered a partial refund of the charge by represent when I sent a receipt proving I'd paid it, but after sending the proof I didn't get a refund. Leaving this review is a last resort. I tried adding a photo as proof from my iPhone but apparently this site doesn't support that function.

Products took a long time to ship and were of disappointing quality. The shirts themselves looked ok, but the craftsmanship was poor. We both ordered the same size shirt but they were slightly different, mostly in the sleeve area. I don't know how, but the wrist-part of one the shirts was way smaller then the other, I could barely fit my hand through at all! You can even see the stitching has gone a bit awry, so it's a very uncomfortable fit.

When we tried to let the owners know of their poor quality we found out their website had NO rating system in place at all. Which is shady to say the least. Which is why I decided to write a review here.

I like JonTron, but the "Sensual Jazz" shirts were a big disappointment.

Tip for consumers:
If you're a seller, find another online storefront to sell from. If you're a buyer: beware!

With our platform, all merchandise is made to order, and that is why our products usually ship up to 14-18 days after the closing date of the campaign.

As for the bad quality - please accept our apologies! Usually, we manage to spot bad items and replace them before they get shipped but sometimes a human error gets in the way. I ordered two shirts from Flamingo's FlimFlam merch. I ordered a shirt for my son and a shirt for myself. They were supposed to ship on May 18th. I received an email saying they were delayed in shipping. My son's shirt arrived within a week or so. It looks awful. It is not white and blue split dye, it is blue and faded blue split dye. I understand that with tie dye and split dye it is a bit difficult to keep colors pure, but by goodness they made Flamingo a correct split dye tee! Half blue and half white! Now for the next complaint: it is June 8th and I have not received my shirt. I can only assume it hasn't even shipped seeing as how I have not received a shipping confirmation. I sent the first email to customer support on June 4th. I promptly received a trouble ticket number and the assurance that I would have a reply in 2 days. It is now June 8 and I have received not one single email from Represent.com... well minus the prompt email with another trouble ticket for the email I just sent. I am done. I would not recommend anyone to take the gamble of either not getting your item, getting a sub par item, or having no issues. It is not worth it.

Christmas gift ordered weeks before Christmas with notifications of order confirmation, payment received and "now shipping". To be told a week before the big day that the time was "over sold". Expected now end of January 2019! That's 8 weeks.

I ordered 2 pairs of pj pants to help out a charity. This charity also had shorts too and Represent.com sent me two pairs of shorts, not pants. I emailed them just to see if I could exchange them for the correct ones. Got an email back a day later saying that they would be contacted ting me within 48 hours and they had printed the wrong design. The design was correct it was just the items that were messed up. A week later, another email saying I could get a $4.00 discount on my next purchase. They ignored the issue and didn't do anything to fix it. I don't recommend using them.

I ordered my hoodie on September 27th and the Campaign ended on October 13th. It still hasn't shipped or sent me any info on he shipment and that was over a month ago.

I am only ordering from this company because of Jared's Always Keep Fighting Campaign. The first two the shirts came on time. However for the rest of them even though I would order them within the first two days of the campaign, they are always late. For example, with the Family Always has your Back campaign, I ordered it on the second day and said it would ship on October 13th. For the next 6 weeks my order said we are now packing your order and people who had ordered days after me were already getting their shirts. I emailed twice and each time it was a generic reply. My order just shipped last night on November 7th, even though I should've gotten it weeks ago. I think it is time for Jared to find a new company to do his campaigns
