I I ordered a replacement part for my pen fishing reel. Less than 10 seconds after I ordered it the money was out of my account. However they sent me the wrong part now I have to pay to have that shipped back to them and they will credit my checking account whenever they feel like getting around to it I can guarantee that. I'm expected to trust them to do the right thing yet they can't do the same thing in return for me. I will never use them again

Part # ******* doesn't fit. I know the usps is not your problem but it took eight
Days to receive the order. You should think about using UPS or FED EX. I could have driven to Utah and back in one day.

Blade wrenches were labeled to fit a BT3000. Wrenches were not the correct size or angle needed. Probably wouldn't order from here again
