Very dissatisfied as I never received one response to my ad. It was difficult to upload photos. Constantly requested to enhance ad for fee. Property rented in ONE DAY on Craigslist. Do not contact me anymore. This is your free response. Anything else, billing at $100 an hour to reply. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone

After paying for full features, $28.35 expecting some response even extra response, I received not one response. Since then I placed with Zillow, Hot pads, and other sites, received over 200 views in just a couple of days. I did not have to pay for these other sites. I do not mind paying, it is just that I got no response at all with this site.
As near as I can tell no one uses your site and when I search the internet for a rental in my area while my house is posted your site does not even come up. I also tried sending myself a query twice and it did not work. I never received a singal query from your site but immediately received calls from an alternative site.
Did not get any responses, other than offers to upgrade for a fee, for a service that supposedly is free.
