I ordered a sink on the 2nd of March. It was to ship in 2 to 3 weeks. I emailed them on the 17th with no response. I called on the 19th and was told it would ship in about 7 days. Sent another email on 25th and the response was "Sorry for the short response it's hard to type on a Blackberry [*******@homecenter.com]" i would never order from this place again

I ordered an 8" bathtub spout from this site. I knew at the time it was out of stock and would be shipping in 2-3 weeks. I then found this same Item at EveryFaucet.com - they had the same item in stock and could ship in 24 -48 hours. I ordered it from them and emailed remodelcenter to ask them to cancel my order with them. I received several emails from them and evdently they can't or won; t cancel. I would never buy from a site that won't cancel even though they did not have it in stock, Now they want to shipp it on 2-2-10. I was very displeased with them. Beware buying from sites that insist on shipping late and say they can't cancel. I will never do business with them again. If you want to cancel an order form them, I believe it is not going to happen.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! It's been over three weeks since I placed order and they're doing nothing but stalling and lying. They charged my credit card as soon as I placed order. Bad business!
