Remitguru experience

Guys they are not cheaters. They play tricks which seems too stupid like,
1. They will call you from all different nos from all over the world but ideally having a single phone in Mumbai. Try that call Mumbai no and ask them to give a call back. The same person will call you back with non Indian/ UK/ US no.
2. Their exchange rate MAY be good for first ever transaction only.
3. Executives have poor working guidelines for sake of one small transaction of SGD 2K I had to answer their 20 calls around including making calls from my mobile.
4. Considering all the procedures and their ignorance and weird queries on emails the duration by which your amount reaches receiver is 15-18 DAYS for 1 st transaction
5. It seems bunch of recent MBA graduates who are handling customer service to top management jobs are running remitguru.
6. Their website is not professionally designed, no ease of use. In fact I wonder whether they know about software testing or website testing before they ask you to send money using untested platform.
7. Password demands from remitguru is weird. Use the characters liek@. Something provided by them. Now a financial website telling you please use only following signs in your password. Is it for my security or your access? Credibility is in doubt!
8. After all the painful procedure your mails will indicate if you do not transfer the amount on the same day, cut off 3 pm your transfers will be delayed. Blame me! Sir I know your trick. Do not rush your customers to pay fast, rush yourself to provide them a good service they have to pay to any agent anyways and would not mind paying you if you are good. So next time do not blame your customers for delayed transfer please check from your side.
9 But after all they are better than axisremit which held my SGD for 26 days! For some technical glitch. So I assume its not an easy business and remitguru is doing much better than that so called nationalized bank. But dear we as customers are not here to give you second chance and second chance and second chance.
