RemedyResource.com buyer beware - Watch out for this one. I returned two books and got charged almost $50.00 for a restocking fee. Fifty bucks to put two books back on the shelf. There is nothing reasonable about that, and the company would not credit my credit card in full after complaining. I am looking for other sites to let people know, posted on complaints.com, too. This is the highest restocking fee I have seen and of course there are no restocking fees from companies that want to retain you as a customer. Would any customer buy again from a company that penalizes you for returning a item within a reasonable time frame?
