My daughter called the number and spoke with a Jacob John. Said her phone was hacked from 2 different places. Said she needed to purchase ITunes cards loaded with money to restore her ICloud as her contacts were gone. He gave a number for her to call and mysteriously was disconnected. He made promises of fixing the problem and never did. She "paid" with ITunes cards. Now she's out $500. I intend to contact google as well. Scam company or fraudster representing you, either way you stole a college students money. Shame
