We booked 2 nights in Kempinski Bali in October 2023 (700$). When we arrived, the hotel informed us that our agent (Rehlat) cancelled the reservations, we were left to are-book again with 1000$. And we never got our refund from Rehlat till now! We keep on contacting them via email, Instagram, ticket, but nothing. They won't even refund us the 700$ that we paid them! Do not use them, it is a scam, we are truing to take legal actions. They don't even bother t respond!

Scammers whenever I call to get a refund they say ok we will contact the specialized team and you will get a answer in 24h... today is the 8th time I call them and they say the same thing and I sent tens of emails... avoid them at any cost they cancelled the flight last minute... first of all they said we will deduct 250 SAR for admin fees then a month later they said we will deduct 650 SAR and i have attached the emails

Just stay away from them and you can sleep well at night.
Booked a room and was given a booking reference number but it shows 'No records found' whenever I go to Rehlat.com to check booking status. They didn't reply to my email. That made me realise I had been scammed. I had to book a room again using another reputable travel portal to ensure no anxiety attack during travel.

They took my money, never booked the reservation and refuse to refund me. A a straight up scam. Needs to be shut down immediately

Please dont fall for this scammer company Rehlat...Becareful! Their site displays cheap rates and as the departure date comes close, a message or email comes from rehlat saying the flight has been cancelled and then upon asking for refund they will keep dragging for months and year...Take care from this $#*!ty so called company rehlat

I cancelled a stay at the hotel, which is allowed as part of my booking and despite the fact that the cancellation and the right to a refund have been confirmed to me, I have been waiting for the money for about four months.
I have asked several times by email but they told me that they had a problem in the payment office.
I highly recommend not using this company.

I booked a ticket from Dammam to Dubai on 18th Nov and made the payment as per the price shown. After getting payment, I received an email that the price of the ticket had increased and more payment is required. I saw this email after a day and the ticket was not confirmed. From 18th Nov to date they have not refunded my payment. On every follow-up call, CS keeps saying we are raising a special request and you will get the payment within 48Hrs but nothing happens.

Scam and not trustworthy, more than two months with many call to customer service and till now didn't refund the ticket however the flight company refund the total amount to them since two months

Not even worth one star. They just take booking for money and they dont even give you the service. You call the customer care. They just drop the call. Worst people. I Lost 3600 AED with no service. They just eat your money. They promised to give the refund and stop responding.

Please avoid this scam company with all means.
Booked a travel from Riyadh to amman, the company cancelled without a cause, and I have been trying to get my money back for the last month without any appropriate response, just delays.

More than 8 Months and waiting for a refund on my 4 flight tickets purchased from rehlat.com, and directed by sky scanner.
Please don't ever use Rehlat.com, airlines have refunded many of my friends who got their flights cancelled a within a month of cancellation but through rehlat.com I am not able to receive a refund. All we get is an automated reply "We will get back to you soon" from 8 months. Please steer clear of rehlat.com.

You book at low rate, then they won't issue the ticket on spot but after couple of hours will ask you a fake question to delay issue the ticket, then say sorry you have to pay an additional fee 9 BHD per person as the rate increased… and finally wait three months to get your money back…

First they charge me 10x the cancellation fee listed on their website and after badgering them constantly with proof from their own website they claim its a technical error but won't change the fees. After im forced to accept they tell me refund processing takes 5-6 weeks! As ridiculously long that is, even still I haven't received my refund and they refuse to share the bank reference number

I have bought 1 tickets and it was canceled by Rehlat and befor 3months I have not received the refund and eveytime you asked they said " we are having a technical problem web, please call on 1 hour" that's fraud. I believe the bast way to solve this issue is to report in the your local bank and center bank and that what I did even thought they said it would take 24 hrs but report it. But comapany not refund my money...

I am very frustrated! I have called probably 5 times and emailed multiple times as well. They opened a case for me then closed it without informing me why! It has been 7 months and still no refund.

Since December 2022 until now, their reservation number is RRN Number - **************. Until now they did not refund my money. They sent many apologize mails but no money.

Despite my numerous attempts to seek resolution and the company's promise of a refund within 20 working days, it has now been over 11 months since the initial payment was made, and I have yet to receive any refund or satisfactory response from the company.

I made a payment for a flight ticket to Rehlat back in May 2023 and immediately requested a refund upon discovering the deduction from my account despite an email confirming the flights were not available. I was assured by your customer service representatives that the refund would be processed within 20 working days. However, it is now the beginning of April, and I have still not received any communication or refund from the company.

I have called the service line multiple times, enduring long wait times and receiving the same empty promises that the refund is being processed. This lack of transparency and failure to provide a resolution is beyond frustrating and unacceptable.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Buyer BEWARE! YOU are at risk to getting scammed for trying to be cheap and save 10-20%. Do yourself a favor and believe the LOW rating and numerous complaints. Just stick to a service that is reputable. Being cheap cost you more money in the long run. PUT THIS FRAUDSTER OUT OF BUSINESS AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Happy and safe bookings elsewhere!

I made a flight booking with them they charge me money and when i went to airpot for check in airlnies say there is no booking with this pnr i called them 10 times they said its confirmed till i missed my flight then again i call them they said you will get an alternative ticket and they make me wait 10 hours after this no reply no calls attended totally scam fruad website like this should be banned

First of all customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! Second on their website they claimed of an offer may be applied if you download the app which was never applied when I checked out. Crap and useless!

They'll show the cheapest tickets once you paid the next day or couple of days after that before your actually flight or hotel booking they will send an email saying price hike you didn't pay for the insurance where in real there has not been any price hike (confirmed through the official page of the airlines and the hotels) they will say we will refund you the amount it's been more than 2 months now and they haven't refunded even after multiple calls and emails

Very bad management and service since 4 month my refund not yet receive I am sending to the almost 1000 email and calls. No one response.

Issued A Ticket Form Rahlat On 18th Nov And After 3 TO 4 Hours I Got A Mail That Ticket Is Not Cofirmed And I Took From Another Site And I Lost Aed 800 For 3 Pax.
I Thought Its Ok Will Get The Refund.
Still I Dint Get The Refund And Today When I Called Them They Are Saying I Cannot Talk To The Finance Department Regarding Payment And I Have To Wait For The Mail
Its More Than 14 Days I M Waiting For The Payment
