I posted awhile back that this company was horrible and had no customer service after a long ongoing lack of fulfillment of my order placed the end of November 2016 for Christmas presents and that the order have been lost somewhere in customs in Poland. - UPDATE: this company heard of my grievance and responded quickly once I had filed a review here on SiteJabber and also with the Better Business Bureau - to their credit they have addressed ALL of my issues and satisfied my order. They have made a lot of effort to "make me a happy customer" and I do appreciate all of there efforts. I hope this episode will ensure less of these types of issues in the future for RageON and all their customers.
