Third time around. Best prices and I _have_ looked a LOT. Then there is the service which is GREAT w/ fast shipping.

First time was not the best experience due to an error on my part and what i feel was not a clear description of the product. This time we will see how things work.

Easy to find the correct battery, reasonable prices. We'll see how long it takes to arrive. No spam please.

1. Some of your batteries will also fit older models but you do not show them in addition to "current" UPS.
2. I entered wrong password. Your system would not send the right one. I remembered the right one anyway so got in. Your lost password system is non-op.

I wish I could get just the wires and/or the spade connectors for the UPS trays -- leaky batteries corrode the spades connectors, and it seems a waste to purchase an entire tray with harness to improve wiring connectors.

The USB cable made ALL KINDS OF DIFFERENCE and "burped the baby" inside the electronics of the UPS well! This cable is a substantial savings over those sold by APC, and were of excellent quality -- thank you!

Refurbups.com is my favorite source for UPS batteries. Much cheaper than most other places and I have always found precisely what I need.

A free shipping coupon or % off would have been awesome. I looked around and I could not find one; however, your page puts the coupon input box up 3 times during checkout. So, it made me feel like I was missing out. I almost went with another vendor, but ultimately your professional site and enterprise oriented focus made me stick with you.

Do not like the fact that signing up with my name made me the person on the credit card. Which I am not. Had a hard time fixing this and had to enter info in many times.

Good service. I have bought UPS batteries from RefurbUPS in the past. Shipping cost does continue to increase.

Generally, all replacement batteries are fine. However, when replacing the two battery kit for a CyberPower APS1200 only two batteries were sent. Note that the oem kit includes the two batteries with the series wiring all together in a single harness. This was not available from RefurbUPS. This required me to find lengths of primary grade cable (8-10 gauge) and crimp ¼" insulated connectors and carefully route the wiring so the two batteries would fit.

It would be helpful if you listed the APC RBC number on the product page so that we can compare it to your emails.

I've purchased from RefurbUPS.com before, and have been happy with their products. This was a purchase for a UPS I use at work.

My UPS order was delivered quickly. The products worked as new, though there were a few cosmetic blemishes and broken plastic pieces (side handles). As I won't be moving the UPS equipment except when replacing batteries, the broken handles were not a big deal for me.

We've purchased replacement batteries for both an APC1500 and APC2200 on a regular basis and have been happy with the quality, price, and shipping.

Fairly easy to navigate and purchase, though I place a high value on delivery and long term support. Repeated patronage will depend heavily on this, but I'm encouraged so far.

Website is easy to work with. Suggestion - when searching APC batteries by UPS model, it would be helpful to have the "RBC" number on that page for future reference.

I placed my order on April 13 and discovered that it was delivered by April 17. It was packed well and was delivered on its own pallet (very heavy) which made it easier to relocate to its final destination at the plant.
