Purchasing replacement batteries for a UPS I bought from you a few years ago. These batteries with shipping are half the price of locally purchased units. Hope they perform as well.

After receiving the batteries I found out the UPS was defective so I got an RMA number and returned the batteries.

I'm very happy shopping here because you provide a good product and with the location so close, I usually receive the item in one business day.

RefurbUPS is great, we buy from here all the time and enjoy both the website and sales team that can help us find specialty items.
Specifically, John Mahoney does an outstanding job taking care of us.

Quality of products offered look good, better than some less expensive offerings available. The refurbished product had a plastic piece on the outside casing that came loose and cannot be re-attached. It is strictly cosmetic, however, and does not affect the functioning of the UPS at all. There are also a couple of minor dents in the metal case, but, again, it's a very good product for the price. The dents, too, do not affect the functioning of the unit.

I've gotten used to buying online rather than placing phone orders. The site has gotten easier to determine the replacement battery for a given APC UPS.

I've looked for replacement UPS batteries on several other sites. This was by far the easiest. Only complaint is that you list the same product with several different names. e.g. the batteries I ordered were found under the UPS model, as individual 2 packs and again under the actual battery model number. Took a few minutes to realize all three were the same product despite having different model numbers on your site.

I ordered UPS batteries for the model of UPS that we have. I received the wrong ones. They replaced them but I had to pay shipping both ways. That part I am not happy about. The price was fine. The speed of rectifying the issue was fine but the shipping eliminated any savings. I am probably going to look around before ordering again.

Always have what I need at reasonable pricing. I do look around and compare. other sites visited before I bought here were Newegg, Tiger Direct and APC.

the order process froze up at the card info spot, and wouldn't come back on without my going back to the beginning and entering my ID info. Bummer.

already bought this batter set previously . . . yet I could not identify the previous order and simply resubmit new order with same info . . .

the first screen I came up to had no place to place an order, once I went to customer support to set up a case it came back to the correct page. frustrating.

Easy to find replacement battery. Video is very helpful as are the comments by users. It would be helpful to include data supporting the assumption that performance of the replacement battery equals or surpasses the brand-name variety.

This is my first order. I'll know more when I receive it. I will be extremely happy if they use my UPS account number to ship against.

always buy my batteries from here, shipping could be quicker but cannot beat being able to find batteries for all kinds of UPS units.
