The overall experience was great. I had a question regarding the product, so I called and the rep who picked up my phone call was able to answer my question, stayed on the phone while I submitted the purchase via the website, and said he would personally pull the product for shipping. The refurbished products arrived appearing as if they were brand new. They have been installed and are working great. Would definitely recommend and purchase from again.
could not logon on with my original account ... it said the password expired due to inactivity ... ok, that's fine. I did the reset password, received the email, changed the password and it said the same thing ....... did it all over again, same issue. Annoying of course. Created a new account with no problem and wished i had a COUPON! I will buy another one of these on monday but my debit card won't let me buy another one today ..... PLEASE send me a coupon code as i am buying TWO of these same units. That would be great. thank you
The only remark I would make is that you should state that the Rackmounted UPS's don't come with rails.
Overall I like your shopping experience and pricing. It was a little confusing if I searched by the APC RBC# verses the model of APC unit. It brought up a different product. They were the same price so I'm assuming it was actually the same battery but it might be easier if you listed your product by the RBC# and then listed all the compatible UPS units in the description and made the description searchable. Just a thought. Not a huge deal. Just minor confusion. Return label for old batteries would be a plus.

I know I have an account as I get blasted with "sales" email ever since i placed a couple orders. I tried to reset my password three times. I never received an email to change password. I had to open a new account. WASTE of time.
The move from Refurbups to netsuite.com is a little unsettling from a personal info point of view...might make it known during the checkout process.

I've been buying my replacement UPS batteries from RefurbUPS for about 10 years. Good prices and fast shipping.
Sale price was great, but shipping was quite high. Could have gotten the replacement kit from WalMart ($52) with no shipping (Site to Store), so here cost me a few dollars more overall.
After battery replacement, UPS started working again... I'll see if these batteries last more than the two years the first set did.
Easy to select by UPS name and number, and ships quickly. I have purchased several batteries from RefurbUPS before and have always been satisfied
Never very exciting buying replacement batteries for UPS. RefurbUPS was simple and quick to get me the batteries that I needed.
The refurbished UPS I bought was delivered quickly--far more quickly than the other company--so now I'm ordering a replacement battery for another UPS.
This battery is working fine and I am very pleased.
Unfortunately, on my previous order the UPS I bought had a defective USB port. It took me a few tries to get through to take advantage of the 90 day warranty. Don't use their contact form or email--these don't work quickly, if at all. You have to call them on the telephone for prompt service. When I successfully made contact, before they would replace the UPS they had me call the original manufacturer of the UPS. This did not solve the problem with the broken port. When I called them back, they quickly shipped a replacement UPS without any cost to me (other than time).
All I had to do was pull the batteries from the defective unit and install them in the replacement unit. I am happy to report the items from both orders are working properly now.
I recommend this business and will buy from them again.

1. Some of your batteries will also fit older models but you do not show them in addition to "current" UPS.
2. I entered wrong password. Your system would not send the right one. I remembered the right one anyway so got in. Your lost password system is non-op.
I've ordered replacement batteries from you several times, and they have been reliable. This time I will take chance with a refurbished APC UPS, and hope for the same outcome. UPDATE: I was totally satisfied with the product received -- so thank you. [This was comment for earlier order of SMT1000 refurbished UPS. It is the same order you specify for this questionnaire. Following is a remark about a subsequent order of batteries -- which you may follow up with a later e-mail.]
Per battery replacements ordered in July, 2018: I am fairly certain I got all of the specific kits I ordered. In addition to a kit for an APC BX1200, there was a pair of kits for an SMC1500 and an SMT1000, with installation instructions only covering the SMT1000. I had to look up the battery kit spec at the APC website -- which turned out to be RBC6 for both -- identically. I just wish you would do a better job labeling the boxes so I can be sure up front which model for which kit, even if the kits are really identical. But no problem.

Where are the coupons you site references in the checkout area? I would think that an order of 6 batteries like mine should get a discount, or free shipping.
We keep a spare module to have on hand for immediate replacement if one goes bad - The one we received from you in June 2017 was badly damaged and could not be used in our Symmetra - its been sealed in the box over a year. Is there anything you can do to help us out on this?
