I had a time-consuming issue with this company with no satisfactory resolution. Original order was a "remanufactured" color ink cartridge that was probably was incorrectly refilled and only printed in pink. After multiple tries with customer service (all well within their warranty period), I was sent a replacement which also did't work. I requested a refund, but was denied. I appealed and was given the "run around" and then denied again. Just bad and way too much time spent on an $18 cartridge. They wore me down and I just gave up.

Order #*******, I purchased BW & Color HP cartridges, the message on the printer kept saying their was a problem with the cartridges, I sent several messages Without any response. They took my money and sent defective products. WARNING if this happens to anyone please File a Dispute with your Bank, Credit Card co, PayPal or whatever payment method used so this company ca be "Flagged" for their Scam.
