I ordered and paid for a Longbow from Red Mountain Archery on Dec. 15, 2013 and have still not received my bow and it is May 19, 2014. Worse yet, the company will ot return any of my emails or calls. I did some research after the fact and they have done this to a lot of people and have an F rating with Utah's BBB. I purchased with PayPal but RMA's promised ship date was beyond the 45-day protection period so by the time I knew I wasn't getting the bow it was too late to get help from PayPal.
