Oddly enough, they don't appear to sell the Shisha electronic pipe (e-pipe) from their website direct but only from their eBay shop.
It isn't a bad product if you are one of those who think vaping is the best thing since tobacco and it's half the price of the better known product it is a clone of. The better known product is the Kamry K1000. This looks quite a lot like it but it is a no-name and there are subtle differences so it isn't an exact copy. I think it is manufactured by HanoSon in China but I am not sure. It appears that Red Label Outlet, who specialise in fragrances, have acquired a lot of them and are selling them for £20, as opposed to £40 for the Kamry.
If you order one, it will arrive very quickly and works well, to start with. After a while you will start to wonder where you are going to be able to obtain replacement heating coils from. You will look around online, send off images of the atomiser and coil and discover that no one recognises it. You will suspect that when the current heating coil dies your e-pipe will die with it. Actually it's not so bad, because the Kamry K1000 atomiser works with it. You will probably do what I did which was to ask Red Label Customer Service, what the atomiser model is and where you can get replacement heating coils from.
YOU WILL NOT GET A REPLY. That's not strictly true because they will tell you they will inquire of their supplier and let you know, then YOU WILL NOT HEAR ANYTHING FURTHER.
I sent several messages over a period, in an attempt to find out what they do with their spare atomisers. NO REPLY (ever). If you investigate further you might discover that if you buy in bulk from China, you get a spare atomiser with the e-pipe. If Red Label gets them too, they do not pass them on and don't appear to sell them seperately. The only way you can get a new heating coil is to import a shed load of the e-pipes from China and remove the heating coils; not a very practical solution.
My issue with Red Label Outlet is that they are selling these things without knowing anything about them, so customer support is effectively zero. They specialise in fragrances not e-pipes. I suspect from their silence on the technical matters, that they do not know the answers and have no intention of finding out.
Just to send them a poke, so to speak, i initiated the eBay 'Returns' process so I could get a refund. They accepted this but didn't send a return label, so i asked for one and the next day there was one available to print. So they can respond if pushed but I suspect it was all done with bad grace. After that I cancelled the return because by this time I was still using the e-pipe but with a Kamry atomiser because the heating coil of the original had already burnt out. This is not unusual, they are consumables but Red Label Outlet don't appear to know that.
Delivery is fast. They say they use Royal Mail 24 but it is in fact Royal Mail 48. Still fast though because same day dispatch.
