Zingbus so good, in and departure time so good... I am happy and enjoy full journey... 100 % safe journey...
This company's website had an error while booking tickets. Hence rebooked it to realise they have charged us twice. When we ring them the number doesn't work and their customer service team / grievance officer do not take responsibility and simply closes the compliant received proving some dumb excuse / response. It is a shame these sort of unethical businesses still exists.
