Ordered two sets of socks and received both with multiple printing errors. Misspelled words, upside down words, overlapped print, and light printed words you can't read. These are a mess and I absolutely cannot give them as a gift. Paid $20 for each set and there are no refunds apparently, no customer service to speak with, just stuck with these terribly printed socks. So upsetting

I am a philosopher with a degree in my field. When I first posted my quotes and purchased designs, there was nothing available in that domain. Now I see that some users took my ideas / quotes & put a lame text with no design on a random shirt. This should infringe copyright rules, at least it would at university. I cannot even purchase my own t-shirts because theirs is promoted, not mine.

Although I have written two reviews regarding this company, I finally did receive a refund and that is why the more positive star rating. I am still unhappy they could not send the correct apron as shown on the website.
Will not be purchasing anything again.
I just purchased a handcrafted item on ESTY with no problems.

Grandson disappointed at Christmas - Customer Service is a Joke - Wasted minimum of two hours.

During December my Grandson asked if I would purchase an apron for his dad. Having always been supportive of artist, I went to this site and ordered the apron. It arrived with the design (which was silk screened or imprinted was only half there. I went on line and since there is no telephone number available, I chatted with the computer and got no help and kept getting the same responses and waited a couple days and tried again. Nothing. So I finally sent an email and mailed the apron to the addresses on the shipping envelope. Did get an email back but seems as though their response is to keep saying the same things. But still no apron for my grandson to give to his father. Don't trust these folks to respond to your situation when you need to return. Never in my many years of dealing with craftspeople and artists has the situation frustrated more. Here it is January and they have all the information because they have photos and my information. Of course no refund, which is not what I asked for but would take and find a reliable source for his gift for his dad. As you can see in the photo the bottom of design is missing.

Tip for consumers:
Beware of what you are buying and if need to return be sure you save the packaging and any paperwork.

It was supposed to be a dark blue zip-up hoodie. It gave me a black pull over that was delivered to the wrong address. Other than that and the fact it took about an hour to fix the drawstring, it was decent.

I received a redbubble jigsaw puzzle as a gift. The art work was excellent, and the product was attractively packaged. However, the puzzle itself was badly designed and lazily produced. The edge pieces came in only two shapes, except for the four corners, and the interior pieces were all of a single shape, some of which fit ambiguously. In areas where the colors are uniform, assembly is practically impossible. I do, however, appreciate supporting independent artists.

I ordered several baseball jersey t shirts from ThePr00gl0rd. The quality is awful! Material extremely thin and all shrunk 4 sizes when laundered in cold water and cool dry. WASTE OF MONEY!
Stickers and the like from Redbubble have been fine but avoid ThePr00gl0rd at all costs.
JUNK DEALER!.

I ordered a clock and the artwork looked very stunning, but the clockwork system didn't work. I didn't want to return the product to get a new one instead because I would've had to pay customs again because I ordered from Finland, but I was okay with that. I was hoping to leave a review about the product on Redbubble.com, only to realize that there's no way to leave a review. The current reviews on the site are cherry picked there is no way for any customer to leave a review, and thus the overall reviews seem very biased, which lowers the trustworthiness in my eyes.

This is the only time I've had any trouble with Redbubble. I've ordered t-shirts, zipper pouches, tote bags and stickers, and they've been always in excellent condition. The artworks on t-shirts have lasted really well as I've followed the instructions in care tags.

I have also used Redbubble as an artist myself. I hope artists would get a bigger share of the revenue without having to raise the prices immensely, but it's okay considering how safe and easy it is to use the site.

Ordered a T-shirt, was told to expect a confirmation email. Haven't gotten said email. Notified customer service, they said they resent it-still no confirmation email. They ask for an alternate address- what, the one you're emailing me at from CS that works fine isn't good enough for you? So they confirm my order's in progress, but STILL can't seem to figure out how to send a confirmation email to the address they're using to reply to me. Competence level- quite obviously low. Debating any further orders, not fond of people who do business online but can't figure out a simple email. Makes me nervous. Sitejabber is asking for Proof of Purchase- HELLO, that's the problem, they won't send me any!

Tip for consumers:
See if you can find you want somewhere else- less risky.

I fell in love with a watercolor painting by artist Jacqueline Maldonado and ordered a art board to hang on my wall. I was a little worried because it took about five extra days to reach me in Canada. The artists painting is beautiful but when the art board arrived i noticed it had about six or seven small scratches on it. The quality of the printing is really good just really disappointed about the scratches as It's really quite noticeable!

I was deciding which company to sell my graphics through. I tried printful, threadless and redbubble. I had read the best reviews for redbubble so I thought I would probably go with them. But it has not worked out well.

The graphics are inconsistent. I have ordered the same graphic on three different black tops and the graphic was different every time. Parts of the graphic that were supposed to have purple they changed to gray on one shirt. When I reached out about the inconsistency they said the printer said there was something wrong with the graphic not their service. This is very confusing since the other two graphics that were printed were fine (I even sent pictures of the inconsistency, but they blamed the graphic not the printing).
I ordered a different graphic that was red and white and the red was printed burnt orange ( I did not complain about that one and just let it be since I was realizing that redbubble is very inconsistent). I ordered a different graphic on a hoodie that arrived with the graphic peeling. They gave me a one time credit for the peeling graphic.

I ordered one last tshirt with a graphic I had not tried printing yet in hopes it would look ok. That order never arrived. I paid for expedited shipping because when they give a one time credit it can only be used on one order. After 5 days of it being marked shipped but no update in the system I reached out. They said there was nothing they could do and I had to wait for 10 days after it was marked shipped. Guess what? After 10 days it didn't arrive. I reached out, they said the graphic was no longer available and they gave me a credit towards another purchase. They did not offer my money back. They did not offer to remedy the situation. They didn't apologize or take any responsibility for their mistake. This credit is a one time credit that can not be used for multiple orders. Dealing with redbubble has been a headache. I recommend threadless. They have excellent customer service and their printing is consistent.

Tip for consumers:
Use a different print on demand site. Redbubble has horrible customer service and inconsistent printing.

I got some issue a month ago about my account that had been instant banned for no reasons at all, they finally reinstated but it took a month so I change the rating for that. They say the reasons my account was banned because it was caught it their spam filter.

First of all I'm an indie designer mainly draw vector based design for T-shirt and the like, goes by the name sadpanda, therealsadpanda if it was on redbubble, I have some of my work on other POD site. Today I decided to sign up with them as a vendor, it's not my first time signing up with them, I had my first account but after not active for about a few month it seem they close it, I didn't really consider the reason at that time but not right now, anyway sadly something goes really wrong when I submitted my first work on redbubble, I receive an instant ban notice, which really surprise me. I'd heard several major issue around the net regarding redbubble treatment with their vendor and designer but I never really thought that it was this bad, at this moment I don't really know what could the issue be, my friend tell me that redbubble doesn't allow a non verified paypal account for payment method, but mine is verified by paypal so I guess that not it, is it my work then, but I'm pretty sure it's not that because I draw the monster design myself, it's a monster design that I uploaded when it was banned, the monster name is Mauler and right now, I have no idea what the issue is. So did I just waste my time signing up and correcting the placement of my design on all that product which is take a lot of time only to be instantly banned with no reason whatsoever? It seem to be the case. But I'll try to send an email to their support and see how it goes.

Okay, it's been 3 weeks since I send an email to their support and there had no reply other than the canned response that they send to everybody else, so stay away if you don't want to waste your time and money. It's just my opinion but all of this make me think that they somehow support those art theft with their low quality copy paste while killing the original artist like us on their site which is quite crazy if I must say.

I ordered a bunch of stickers and a pin on Sep. 25 that was said to come October 2-8 but I only received the pin and it's already the 9th. Now, I understand that deliveries could come late due to covid but I'm still a little mad since it's been 2 weeks and I can't even track my order even though it says I can. The pin was pretty good quality though, so I'll give them that.

In response to my comments below, Redbubble refunded my purchase. It is much appreciated. However, as stated below, no products reached me. What is the purpose then, of providing clients with the hope of receiving customized shirts, only to give them a full refund in return?

Two shirts ordered in August, estimated delivery 6 September. It is now 8 October, and casually noted on their website that it was DELIVERED, incidentally on the day that I am supposed to follow up a missing order. The administration of finding my order thus becoming my problem.

Redbubble is a fraud of a firm. Absolutely disgusted in this scammery.

What is the point of ordering items just to have it refunded?

Do not use this company that sells inferior stickers that cannot be removed from the backing, I purchased a lip reading sticker to put on my mask to alert people to the fact that I can't hear and the stickers do not come apart from the backing. It cost $20 all up and that is disgusting exploitation of deaf people during a time that we are already frustrated about our ability to communicate with others. The stickers are too large to stick on a mask
Edit: red bubble fully refunded cost when I complained, so I have edited this review. Don't buy the stickers but the company seems solid

I've been ordering from Redbubble for years. Last year I purchased two phone cases which ended up being poor quality. I asked to send them back for a refund and was given two vouchers instead. Alright, that's fine. I tried to use one for a Christmas present and it didn't work, emailed redbubble and they told me they changed the voucher code format so my voucher wasn't valid. They issued a replacement which I was able to use with no issues. Here's the problem:

I had a second voucher on a different email address. I was under the impression that both of the original vouchers were invalid due to the voucher format change. My whole family became sick with covid-19 from mid December through the first week on January, so finding the second voucher and asking for a replacement was forgotten. When I found the voucher on my old email account, it was several days past the original voucher expiration. I didn't think this would matter since it was invalid before that anyway, right? I messaged customer service to politely ask for a replacement. First, they marked my issue as resolved without giving a response. I messaged them again, and received a copy/paste email telling me I could join their email list for savings codes. I replied again - still politely asking for help, and now I'm being completely ignored.

Redbubble, since you won't allow me to use the voucher code I was given, please do me a favor and refund my money that I spent for the phone case. I still have it sitting in a drawer and am happy to send it back. I really don't understand how you can treat loyal customers so poorly.

Edited to add: my request was escalated and I received an email providing help with my voucher code last night at 12:16am EST, 9:16pm PST, about 20 minutes after this review was published.

Customer service may be hit or miss with Redbubble.

You offer a student discount. Perhaps if you broadened that to discounts in general, then I could type in my military discount, grandma could get her senior citizen discount, my dog could get the service dog discount, you know.

Update! Juan from RedBubble solved my probem while other operator Shadia didn't do nothing, completely ignored my email and attachments.Be careful when you upload parodies of logos, quotes, music albums, movie posters and such. User Lunar-Princess ripped off my design which was even suspended due to "infrignemnt" filed by Sony Entertaiment Music. How did Redbubble placed again on the market design that SME complained about? It also happend to me a couple of times that i would get sales and soon enough those artworks would be removed from marketplace. When it comes to overall expirence i would give 3 starts. Overall expirence is 3 stars because RedBubble doesn't let you create your own promo campaigns and take down some of your designs even when they get a sale.It takes time and idea to put something like that. They should have a list of copyrighted companies so wouldn't waste our time creating artworks. However they will place your designs on Google and chance for getting seen is good especially after sale. Payments are on time and they even when there is a delay they informed you before.

It turns out that the replacement hoodie we thought was lost, was actually the one in customs. They sent us a subsequent one for free which didnt incur customs fees. After posting my review Redbubble offered to reimburse me for the customs fees. Since we got two hoodies, I declined the offer (Im just too honest for my own good) so they gave me a voucher for free shipping on a future item. Id still give tgem 3 stars as the sizing is a bit off and the printing of pictures doesnt quite represent the true colour (see previous review).

I bought a hoodie for my husband and received it in good time, but the design that was taken from the photo changed the colour of the VW Campervan from cream to a green. They sent us a new one with a different design, but it took over 4 weeks to get here and I was charged $24 in duties/fees etc. for an item that cost $65! They also sent me a second one at the same time with what looked like a corvette on the front. We refused the duty on that and I guess it was sent back.
The sizing isnt great either. They suggest you size up 2 sizes if u want the hoodie baggie. My husband it pretty slim so I just sized up one size. This was the perfect size in width but the hoodie is a bit long even though my hysband is 61!

I would like to suggest that Redbubble begin offering standard fit t-shirts as an option to it's male customers. The unisex t-shirts currently used fit too tightly in the shoulders, chest & arms and simply don't look particularly good on men. The slim fit is also uncomfortable despite the soft material. Purchasing a larger size doesn't seem to help and creates the additional problem of excessive length for those of us who do not want to tuck our shirts into our jeans.

My first order was totally pleased with. Had a tracking number... it was here quickly. The current order has not been a good experience. Shipped on the 8th but still have not received it with no tracking number available. Was told by Jonathan that it would be here on 9-22-17... still has not arrived. Yesterday Elijah said he would re-issue another order and delivery should be October 1,2017. Hoping that the dresses will eventually arrive!

Don't be fooled by the reviews on redbubble as they are fake. I clicked on another item by the same seller and it has the exact same reviews on the same day by the same person. Of course, it didn't stop me from ordering my travel mug which arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive in good condition. Looks like the print on the mug wasn't done correctly as it has already started to bubble like they have cleaned it with the wrong product. Still... Good Mug. 6/10 Up to you whether it is worth it.

I initially contacted Redbubble about changing the size of a tshirt. That was resolved instantly and in my reply, I inquired as to if there was any update on when you guys would be making tough cases for the Samsung Galaxy s8. The reply I received about this seems like the employee misunderstood me entirely and thought I was having an issue with the website.

I am very dissatisfied with the current revision to the site. Currently it is not possible to "favorite" clothing, only other items. I have been informed that this is a temporary problem due to changes in the site and will be corrected. But I was not told when that will happen - a week, a month, longer? There's no logical reason to launch a site revision like this. All it does is annoy your customers when they find a feature suddenly missing, and for the customers who stay, once they start using Pinterest as a work-around will just be annoyed later when the feature is eventually available again.
