Ordered two sets of socks and received both with multiple printing errors. Misspelled words, upside down words, overlapped print, and light printed words you can't read. These are a mess and I absolutely cannot give them as a gift. Paid $20 for each set and there are no refunds apparently, no customer service to speak with, just stuck with these terribly printed socks. So upsetting

Only buy from here if you are absolutely certain you won't return it. The return policy is awful. They make it impossible to get any real or useful information. You have to submit a request and then they get back to you a day later with very vague info. I finally got a voucher code for my return and it doesn't work. Back to step one. Super frustrating and designed to have you give up, I'm sure. Terrible experience.

I have purchased on Redbubble several times. I never had an issue with the seller's themselves and the merchandise was always great. But what good is that if the company itself is so difficult to communicate with when there is a problem? I do not sell on here - I only purchase. I had an email change and they will not allow me to go into my account and change it. They say it is an "artist" request even though I do not sell on here. So I put this request in months ago and it got ignored. I placed an order recently only to find the same issue and that they never changed it. If I need to put in a new email request they don't seem to grasp there may be a problem with the old email address? So they kept sending messages to the old one instead of the new one to confirm my identity. Fortunately I still have access but it's difficult and don't wish to do that. There is no phone number to call so I left a FB message. He didn't understand this simple thing either. It's an email change - how hard is that? He went on about other things that had nothing to do with this. What an awful company to deal with when you can't even change your own account info. I feel for the sellers on here because I probably will never use this site again. So beware if you buy on here and have an issue, they make it extremely difficult.

There is no way to reach anyone at the company by phone, yet they do not respond to emails. They promise to do so within 4 business days, but never reply.
I tried to open a store, couldn't get answers to questions to do do, they suspended my account, and never explained why. HORRIBLE waste of your time.

I ordered a few puzzles with photos specific to various locations. Puzzles were approximately $33 before paying almost $20 for USPS shipping. The puzzle piece are thin and they all have the same shape- no variety. There also was no photo to reference when trying to assemble. It's a great concept, but way overpriced for the quality received.

Stickers must be printed with ink jet printers.
One of two stickers arrived smudged. Whipping them made them smudge more. How are they to hold up to washing (example photo was on a mug) or rain?

Redbubble is not on the side of the artist or the consumer. They recently added a fee for artists who make sales, in addition to the high percentage of money they take from any given sale. I was going to put up with that, but this week took down a bunch of my art for copyright infringement. My art was all completely original, but they were unwilling even to discuss their actions with me. They wouldn't acknowledge that there was the slightest possibility there could have been a mistake. That was the final straw. If you are an artist, don't use Redbubble. They don't deserve the money they'd make off your work and creativity.

They ship using UPS Innovations and it takes FOREVER for the item to be delivered. Item shipped 12/19/2019 from IL to TX, still hasn't arrived 1/5/2020. Now 13 business days. This is two days via USPS First Class (a one ounce phone case).
Completely unresponsive and ignorant customer service. Infuriating.
Only reason it isn't one star is the quality on the phone cases and stickers is good.

Could have printed this out on a crappy 10 dollar printer and it would look better than this pixelated crap. Will not use Redbubble again.

**UPDATE - They finally got back to me on Oct 27th and let me know that they would be sending me a new shirt free of charge. They also said that I could keep the other shirt and that I didn't have to return it. While I am happy that this finally got resolved, I'm still disappointed that it took so long. Original Review is below**

The only reason why my review is 2 stars instead of less is because the stickers I had ordered came out great. The T-shirt on the other hand was not. The design I had ordered was visibly off-center and not to my liking at all. I tried to submit a return request on my phone but the website would error out when I would try to upload the required photo. Then when I submitted the request on my computer, they said I would be contacted in about 24 hrs. It's been a week since I submitted the request and STILL nothing!

Tip for consumers:
The stickers came out good, but I don't think I would order anything else off of the site based on what I experienced.

We ordered four smartphone bumpers, estimated arrival Jan 13-15. On Jan 14 I get a message that they just got sent off, estimated arrival still Jan 13-15: hmm, let's see.

Of course it only arrives on Jan 22. And only one of the four hulls arrived. What's with the rest?!? I contact customer service and they "don't know". They do "generously" offer to reorder the remaining three for me, great. But not even with express or tracked shipping!

Now we're still waiting for the remaining three bumpers, four weeks after having ordered them...

Don't use their site.

I paid about 24 usd for a shirt that was supposed to be high quality, solid, bright, and clear according to the image and description but only got a shirt with REALLY bad printing. The ink looks like it was faded, you can see the line marks on the shirt, and the printing is actually off. You can see where the ink lines double themselves and to the right of the shirt is an obvious yellow line. It doesn't look like what was shown at all. Along with the images of the shirt I uploaded, I put up the image of what it was shown to look like on the purchasing page. A very obvious difference. Really really unhappy with RedBubble.

I know Redbubble uses third-party providers to print (at least here in the US). Of my 3 orders in the past 6 months from a variety of artists (including myself), the first one was decent quality for both the stickers and the notebook, but the last two just this month were garbage. I had to get the stickers remade because they had yellow smudges on them and were grainy, and then then replacement didn't have yellow smudges but were still very grainy. I'm thinking about pulling my designs altogether if this is par for the course with them.

Tip for consumers:
Stickers are not cut very closely or smoothly (can’t adjust the margin I don’t think)

Do not buy stickers from here. They are horrific quality. More than half of the stickers were so pixelated you could barely tell what they were. Every image was grainy. I ordered a crew neck sweatshirt and they sent it once to me as a hoodie and the print was so small and off center. They said they would replace it, and address the issues with the 3rd party printer. They sent me a hooded sweatshirt twice! I just wanted the crew neck.
Customer service was kind, took them a few days to respond each time though.

Tip for consumers:
Don't. Shipping is outrageously expensive, $19 for my order, and it took WEEKS to arrive. And the items all arrived separately.

The shapes of the puzzle pieces could easily fit into 50 places as there isnt much variety in the shapes. Especially attempting a black and white. The pieces are extremely thin and do not stay together well. I'm so disappointed as I spent 120.00 on 3 puzzles.

I guess nobody at Redbubble has heard of a mailing tube? The first time they sent me my 18x24 print, they sent it in a regular cardboard box rolled with some tissue paper. The box was crushed and so was the print. After I reached out to them, they were kind enough to send me another print. Once again it was in a cardboard box with some tissue paper. This time, the mailman left it propped against my front door because it was too big to fit in my mailbox. It rained, and the box and the print were soaked. It's been a waste of $40, but a valuable lesson learned.

I've ordered several times from this site, primarily stickers for the past few years. It's always been very slow. It's been getting worse, and Redbubble just blames it on their "3rd party manufaturers". Several of my orders go missing, but at least they have the decency to replace it. This basically increases the delivery time to 1-2 months, instead of 2 weeks.

I bought a dress from redbubble for £39.11 and paid shipping fees £14. I then got a bill from duty and taxes for £18.40 which I didn't expect so in total the dress has cost me £71.51 which is not anyway near what I thought I would end up having to pay. Just because it came from America. Not happy at the hidden charges

1. (1st shirt) I received a shirt that was only half printed. Instead of Movement Optimist, it just says Movement in blurry letters. Plus the sizing is WAYYY off.
2. (2ed and 3erd shirts) I bought the exact same 'Let Go' shirt only in 2 different colors but in the same size. Yet one fits fine and the other is 4x larger.
3. When i tried to exchange this item via web... there is an error with my order number and no way to send an email or phone call.
4. I must say this is disconcerting that the sizes and quality are of such poor standards. There is no continuity in the sizing and each shirt I received is WILDLY different. All the shirts I received are not recommendable quality either. They are very scratchy and cheap feeling. Great designs but the printing on the shirts are not even centered correctly or printed fully and clearly. I have gotten good shirts from this company in the past but this load was a total bust :(

I live in the UK ordered 3 items a month before Christmas but only 1 arrived. After numerous support emails backwards and forwards and redrubble blaming 3rd party suppliers I asked for a refund which to be fair they processed immediately. Disappointed to not receive the goods I wanted but next time I will not be looking at international sites and will buy from the UK.

Overpriced, terrible quality, limited selection, but good service. Do NOT buy anything from this website. They charge $30 for terrible quality shirts, hats, phone cases, and more. The only reason you should be buying off this website is if you want a terrible quality hat with kanye kissing kanye on it. Still, when you get a $#*! quality shirt they will be happy to get a return started.

I have placed orders on four separate occasions before and had problems more times than not, I'm not sure why I decided to place another order probably because I like their shirts. But it has now been 3 days since I placed my order and it still hasn't shipped. It is now Friday afternoon and all my other orders which were also T-shirts have shipped through UPS Mail Innovations which do not operate on the weekends. This means that if it doesn't ship today it won't ship tomorrow or the next day, so even if it finally would ship on Monday it would be nearly a week after I placed the order which is completely unacceptable. Even three days just for it to ship is unacceptable. And since I bought this for someone's birthday it will arrive much too late.
And to add insult to injury the customer service people who answered the chat option are about as useless as an AI would be since all they do is repeat the policy to you instead of offering a solution or getting in touch with the people that are supposed to ship the shirt. It's just another typical "once we have the money we don't give a damn about you" business.
This will definitely be the last time I will give them my money and I advise anyone else to spend their money some other place too.

Their delivery service delivered my item to the wrong address because it did not arrive to mine as stated through tracking. Tried to contact redbubble through live chat. The instructions were to end chat if you didn't want to wait and they would make contact through e-mail. E-mail response time is at least 24hrs., very slow. Then they request the same info that was previously given. I believe a bot is used to handle situations where a real person would best serve a customer. Over 24hrs. Since stated delivery and no answers as of now. However, the products are good, if you actually receive them.

I placed an order via paypal and it was processed immediately. Another order payed by sofortüberweisung - immediate bank tranfser was hold up to 14 days for payment processing

There was no notice on the chekckout

Since payments can be delayed, the 3rd party printers with whom we work cannot begin printing your order until the payment is approved. Additionally, we are not able to make any changes to an order or refund it until the payment is finalized.

Ordered a mug. It came broken in pieces. The packaging was horrible. They did manage to reply back to me quickly and the order went out quickly. I guess I don't understand why they wouldn't upgrade the shipping. I didn't ask for an upgrade because when I have ordered from other companies they always send it as fast as possible, especially when mentioned that it was a gift. Will not receive it for another 4 to 7 days. I do not expect it to come in any better shape unless it was packaged differently.
