Susan T provided me with excellent customer service! She was very patient and listened to my issues then clarified how things would be resolved!
I am extremely annoyed. I went on their website looking for.1 Tretinoin cream. They had sent me.025% and refused to do anything about it to fix it after I spent $130 on this. I will NEVER use this company again. They expected me to eat the cost and go through the process of speaking to someone again for another prescription. WHY on earth would I give more money to you so you can again send me something I dont want. I USE.1 now. WHY would I want.025?
I just want to say that Redbox is doing a great job, Considering all the competition today with streaming services you still provide affordable NEW movies at a reasonable price.
I will always remain a customer and I hope Redbox has a successful future. I appreciate your new representatives on chat they are providing excellent customer service. Customers I recommend using chat for quick and professional resolution.
Sincerely
Sharon Godwin
Now that there are no brick-and-mortar movie rental places in my town, Redbox is the only option to rent DVDs. I like the per-day charge, the ease of rental and return, and the fact that I can easily locate the movie I want and reserve it at nearby Redbox.
The only thing I would change is the variety of movies. New-releases are great, but I would live to see some options for older movies or television series.
I love to rent from this company. They have convenient locations virtually every where.the price is cheap. They have a great selection of movies to choose from. I get e-mailed codes alot for free rentals. So that helps. You should try this for yourself. If you havent already.
I use Redbox every once in awhile. I encounter glitches with the machine often. Soemtimes it says its available and its not---Returning a disc can take forever.
I still love redbox anyway
I get a Redbox video typically 2 to 3 times a month. It is very convenient but if I go over a day I will get extra charges. I think they make most of their money on over age days
Downloaded this app 3 days ago for the Kindle Fire. I must say its much easier and faster than logging on to my PC. Concise and easy to use, if you use Redbox and a Kindle Fire this is a must have application.
My family and I use Redbox monthly. Since movie stores are obsolete this is a convenient way to watch new movies when they come out on disc. The majority of the time Redbox has the movies before they're on Cable Satellite or Netflix. The ONLY complaint that I have, and it really is out if their control, is 3/10 times the movies we REALLY want to see are out of stock. I just got to get there quicker;-)
I've used Redbox many times, and I've watched lots of good movies from it. I wish that they had a better selection of older movies, but I can understand the demand for new titles. It doesn't cost too much and sometimes there are coupons, so I'd say it's definitely worth using. I haven't had much trouble with dvds being scratched or damaged. I don't think Redbox is as good as Blockbuster, but since there are no Blockbuster's around anymore, Redbox works well enough.
Convenient, easy, inexpensive, fun to use! Great for those Fri nights when the kids want something different to do and Netflix has me waiting for our new release.
I love it is AMAZING don't get me wrong, but the only catch is you MUST have a credit card of some type and enter all of your private information out where anyone can see it, I think the should have a little "keyboard" like atms do for typing, that would make it quicker and easier to get a movie. And people wouldn't be waiting in line as long
I like redbox mainly for movie rentals. It's super cheap. I would like to use it for video game rentals too, but there is virtually no selection for xbox 360. If you have a PS4 you will have a lot more options for video games.
IT IS EASY AND FAST. YOU GET INSTANT GRATIFICATION BY PICKING UP THE MOVIES YOU RESERVED ON THE SAME DAY FROM ANY LOCATION. I USE IT RENT NEWER MOVIES THAT TAKE NETFLIX TO LONG OF A WAIT. $1.50 FOR 1 DAY/NIGHT BLUE-RAY. $1.20 1 DAY/NIGHT DVD, $2 FOR A XBOX 360 GAME 1 DAY/NIGHT I CAN'T REMEMBER IF THEY HAVE OTHER CONSOLE GAMES THOUGH.
Redbox is great - easy to use, has a mobile app, great deals.
Gone are the days of waiting at the return bin in Blockbuster. Hoping someone will drop off a new release. I really like that I can reserve my rental over the internet and just have to go pick it up.
For a buck a night you can rent DVDs from their kiosks. You need a credit or debt card to use. On their website you can reserve your DVDs and pickup location closest to you. If you keep your movie for more than one night, you'll be charged for each additional night. They have a lot of new release DVDs available.
Rent movies online at Redbox.com, where you can reserve and preview new DVDs, Blu-Rays and games. Online rentals are easy just visit Redbox.com now to select new and upcoming releases, then pick them up at one of 36,000 Redbox locations.
