I think you snickering someone to a contract then make them follow up within 7 days to cancel the subscription when all we really want to do is pay for the 7 day trial.

Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed.
